This was the worst dental experience I have ever had. They over billed me, and pre billed my insurance. They decided what the payment was going to be without billing my insurance first. When I brought up the over bill and the refund that was due me they intentionally went out of the way to take their time to refund my money which I still have not received. My insurance company called them and spoke to them for over twenty minutes explaining that they over billed and they were not willing to do anything to correct the issue. Do not go to this office they over bill their patients and decide what they want to charge you at the time of service and when they make a mistake is not willing to correct the issue. I dont recommend this dentist at all.

Let me preface this review by informing you that Ive been to several dental offices in Northern Kentucky, as Ive lived here most of my life. Needless to say, my family and I (including four children) have had more than our fair share of bad experiences - from having been heavily overcharged to being misled about unnecessary, very expensive dental procedures on baby teeth. All I can say is this is an amazing dental practice! Dr. Moser is both personable and meticulous in his work. The staff and office are cozy and inviting, making you feel right at home. I would highly recommend this practice for all of your familys dental care needs!

BEST dentist in Independence KY with great dental care from all of the staff members! Dr, Moser and his staff treat my kids and I like family every time we are there. I love that they speak with my insurance and know the cost before any procedure. They tell me exactly what I need to pay when services are rendered and I never have to second guess with the insurance company, Because they take care of contacting the insurance company and receive in writing from them what will be charged, what my insurance will pay and what my portion will be. Be sure to give them a try! They handle all dental care for my entire family of 5!

We have 100% confidence that he has our best interest in mind and he has been great at training us on how to best take care of our teeth for years of great dental hygiene.
