Amazing dentist and staff throughout the office. They helped me not just understand my childrens progress, but my insurance quirks, and the next best steps. The fact that they gave me realistic expectations without judgement is amazing and comforting!

I was 20 minutes late. Because I accidentally GPSd the Ft thomas location instead of the Florence. They wouldnt see me. They said my insurance doesnt pay well. (I have government assisted insurance) So I obviously wasnt a priority.
