All I can say is WOW!..I called today to verify my insurance and find out If the doctor removed amalgams. I wanted to know if there was a safety protocol in place for the process. A very ignorant woman with a bad attitude answered the phone. I ask her about the procedure and she had no idea what I was talking about. As I attempted to explain the procedure, she became frustrated and hung up on me. The shocker is, wait for it...shes the dental hygienists! I called back and spoke with the front desk girl whos attitude was no better. Needless to say, I will be searching for dental care elsewhere. This can only be a reflection of the overall service and experience at this office. A team is only as good as its leader.

Absolutely the best dentist I have ever had the pleasure of being a patient. I used to dread going to the dentist, but not since becoming a patient of Dr. Patel. He and his front office staff are great and make sure that you have everything you need for the best experience possible. Everything is explained in detail before any treatment and during any treatment to keep you informed of what is going to happen or what is happening. Dr. Patel puts your mind at ease regarding any dental procedures and makes sure that you have a pain-free experience. It is my wish to never go to another dentist.

Dr. Patel came into the waiting room and conversed with me while my husband was in with Amy. I had only been there one time before and remembered me. When I went in for my cavity to be filled, Dr. Patel talked me through the whole experience. He was very gentle. At the end, he showed me the picture of what my cavity looked like and then what it looked like with it filled. Dr. Patel did an AMAZING job! Jackie at the front desk remembered that my husband needed a Saturday appointment and emailed me when there was availability. We are both patients now!

not happy at all. was overcharged and when i continue to fight the charges and the sloppy work done, i run up against a wall. too bad i didnt do more checking before going there. this is probably the most expensive dental agency and other than the nice dentist the rest of the crew are not good and talk down to you after taking your money. my "flipper" still does not fit correctly after going there twice for adjustments.

Having a bad toothache , we called to schedule an appointment. We spoke to jackie and she was very helpful and genuine. The assistant , courtney, was very sweet as well. Dr. Patel made the procedure very simple, easy, and comfortable. I would recommend them to friends and family in the future. Thank you all so much for making our experience awesome!!

Im a baby but the staff has put me at ease. I love the "Carnival Cruise" music as well as the television. Everyone is friendly and most importantly, my teeth are taken care of. Dr. Patel explains every procedure and his assistants are pleasant and caring. I hate the dentist but IF I HAVE TO GO, I wouldnt want to be anywhere else.

This is an incredible group of professionals. When we came in with my elderly Mother, we were greeted like family. Dr Patel came out to introduce himself to Daddy and I. As we wait for her procedure, we have water, coffee, TV, a beautiful aquarium and more that enhances our experience. Dr. Patel and his team are a 5 Star team!

My normal dentist was closed Friday. I called Whitlock Dental and Jackie, (the sweetest receptionist) got me in that same day. I was in severe pain and Dr. Maya was able to get me out of pain. I plan on switching to this dentist as my regular dentist. They truly care about you as an individual.

Great dentist. Its always good to have a dentist in a city where you travel to often. He is very thorough and he does not overcharge his patients. I have referred my friends and family to him that live in Atlanta. If I lived in Atlanta he would be my primary dentist hands down.

No one answers the phone even though it says they are open they actually are closed! I sent a request online and I left a voicemail. Finally got a call back and whoever was on the phone was rude and hung up on me.
