was over charged and sent inncorrect billing after paying with debit card day of appt. Adding services and charging for ones already paid for also convinced to order diffrent contacts then last five years and needed to re order because the ones I was comvinced to oreder were very uncomfortable. And last I have been waiting over a week for call from office manger to find out she is on vacation! Never had any of this when was opti care please not worth it trust just go to another Eye Dr are two down street!

My contact lenses should have been sent to my home instead they were mailed to the office. I was put on hold for 10 minutes had to call from another phone to talk to someone. The doctor who did the eye exam was great.

Never did business with them but they have a horrible selection of glasses. If you are looking for fashionable eye wear then go somewhere else. Walmart has a better selection them them
