This is the DMV of eye doctors. If you have a few hours with nothing to do, this will easily eat through 2-3 hours of your life for just an exam and to pick out frames. They manage to get cash out of you even when you have insurance and stay within your "guidelines". Ive been to 8 different eye doctors in my life, this was easily the absolute worst. The workers are nice but that doesnt equate to a pleasurable experience.

Horrible customer service. Called several times to order contacts and was told they would "call me back" No follow up with return calls I had to keep calling the office to have them follow through with order Not once but two times when I needed a renewal!
