These folks are awesome. The staff was highly professional and courteous. Dr. Roberts gave me an extremely thorough eye exam and was extremely helpful explaining everything he was doing and why. Im lucky that I have pretty decent vision, but have been feeling like I need reading glasses for certain times, especially in dimly lit rooms or restaurants at night when trying to read menus. Im always dragging the candle on the table over to my menu to light it up or using my iPhone light to read it. Dr. Roberts confirmed that a pair of reading glasses would be a good idea, and also explained the lifestyle implications of having to take them with you. They have a very large selection of frames and came up with numerous options for me that made me look good without breaking the bank. They have lots of different designer frames and Mr. Uhran, the optician, patiently went through lots of them with me to find something that was just right. Safe to say theres something for everyone, given the variety they have. Highly recommended for anyone needing an eye exam and eye care that you head down to Park Lane. They rock!

I love this place. I have only purchased one pair of glasses here and that was about 2 years ago but whenever I step foot in the store and need an adjustment they treat me as if Im the most important customer there. I stopped in on Saturday and they were busy!!. They fixed a broken screw, adjusted my glasses and even gave me a brand new "free" case when he noticed mine was a bit tattered. Ive been in customer service my whole life and I manage a fast paced cosmetic surgeon office....I know what customer service is. Thank you Park Lane Eye Care!! When I need my next pair I will definitely be in your store.
