I previously had a prescription for mono-vision contacts - but it was recommended that I change to a c-vue unilens prescription -- WOW - the difference was day and night! The optometrist took a great deal of time finding exactly the right prescription/lens for me -- we must have gone through 15 pairs before I was satisfied -- this is NOT a negative in the least - he was quite patient and was determined for me to experience the vision I should have. I am EXCEEDINGLY pleased with the care and attention received here and am calling them today to renew my lens prescription. If you want quality customer service, this is the place to go. You wont be disappointed with them!

An absolutely awful experience!! I was sold glasses that do nothing. They told me to give them a chance for my eyes to adjust. When there was still no improvement after three weeks I went back and the Doctor was very rude and insisted they were working. How can another person tell you see clearer when you dont? If his answer was based on the eye chart I was able to read it either way. Instead of offering any other solutions he couldnt get me out of his office fast enough. This is how a Doctor behaves? In my opinion he is a glorified salesperson. You go to his store, then your sold a product and after the payment is made he wants nothing to do with you.

Said they put my daughters glasses on rush order and it took almost 3 months to get them. Supposedly the lab broke them twice while installing the lenses. Never went back again!

it took me 3 trips to replace a screw. My glasses will never be fixed if I do not spend half hour standing in front of them. I would never visit them again.
