I haven’t been to in the dentist in years! Because just like most people, I hate going. The only reason I went was because I had to. I become Mr. Negative that day, only because you know the pain your about to endure is inevitable. But from the moment I had met the receptionist and staff I took an instant liking to them. They were so kind and always smiling that made adapt to their positive and happy environment, which made me feel so relaxed. The office was very modern looking and extremely clean. You could also tell how efficient it was because I didn’t have to wait, they brought me right back to meet the dentist. I could immediately tell why her staff was so happy to be there. I didn’t feel like a patient, I felt like family the way she took her time and explained what was going on. She gained my trust quickly because she was very honest not trying to trick me like my last dentist on things I didn’t need. She even went the extra mile by taking out the old silver fillings that my old dentist loved to use and she replaced them with the clear ones. She didn’t have to do that, but she cared because she did not want silver fillings showing when I smiled. I have referred everyone I know to go see her, and they ones that have gone all agreed. If you want a dentist that goes above and beyond and will give you honest advise, than go see Monica Assad and Sparkle dental.

Upon arrival I hadnt seen a dentist in over 2 years and I left with my mouth feeling as fresh and clean as I ever have. Seriously! I could see the gaps between my teeth again! The dentist and staff were extremely accomodating and personable. They were patient and professional and took the time to really get to know what my own concerns were with my dental health and gave me feedback and coaching on steps I could take to maintain proper dental hygiene. They were extremely knowledgable and I felt like I learned more in the half hour that I was there then I did in all my previous visits to a dentist in my life. This made the experience really count for me. From the first staff member that greeted me to the hygienist that polished my teeth to the wise dentist that recommended my new electric toothbrush and changed the way I brush my front teeth (up and down people! up and down!) everyone was smiling. As I walked out, so was I! And my pearly whites were definitely sparkling! I am a customer for life.

WISH I COULD 10 PLUS I would rate this practice as the top in Density office in Warren, Michigan! Up to date procedures and excellent customer service! My first visit to SPARKLE DENTAL PLC. was the best and the second time was even Better . Everyone is courteous, professional, and understanding. Dr. Assad & Staff is probably the finest dentist on the planet. I feel extremely confident knowing that they always get it right the first time. I can’t think of anything that will enhance your services or operations. Certainly there is always room for improvement but it seems like you all have that covered! Wonderful staff from the waiting room to the Dentist’s office to check-out. Pleasant, welcoming, and professional. I never thought that I would say “it’s a pleasure to go to the dentist….but it truly is! Great office and dental staff! In the past I avoided the dentist at all cost…after leaving your office I felt very comfortable Dr. Assad & Staff were great!!!

This is my first review ever. I am not one to go online and waste time doing this but this office really deserves it. Sparkle Dental went above and beyond to help me out. Around 10:00am I called Sparkle Dental because I was in a lot of pain and the staff told me to come on in. As a mother of 2 I did not have time to waste and let me tell you, I was in and out before I knew it! I was also very scared to visit the dentist but the staff at Sparkle Dental were very welcoming, the atmosphere was nice and the office was very clean. I also took my kids for the first time to get their teeth cleaned and they did great thinks to Dr. Assad and staff making them really confortable. Dr. Assad was also great. She took the time to talk to me about my teeth issues and explained all the steps she will do to help me feel better and went over ways how to help my kids brush their teeth. I highly recommend Sparkle Dental for all your dental needs!

Dr. Monica Assad is a professional and personable dentist! I had a cosmetic in office teeth whitening completed following my teeth cleaning. I had a couple of old silver fillings replaced with white fillings and experienced no pain throughout the procedure. She used a numbing gel before the shot, so I barely felt it......painless dentistry and excellent results! I can finally smile with confidence again. What a great dental experience. I will definitely be back for my crown. Beautiful, clean, state of the art dental facility, excellent staff and an exceptional dentist. I highly recommend Sparkle Dental for all your dental needs.

Dr Monica and her staff are WONDERFUL! Very gentle dentistry, knowledgeable & can answer questions thoroughly and completely, when discussing dental options... without all the patronizing prose. The X-Ray Tech is very caring, and who I might add, keenly watches for any discomfort. The same is true with Sue, shes can explain to you without hesitation what insurance covers and will help you with a payment options... Get this, she isnt pushy or snappy, either. Today was my first visit and having been to and through several dentists, this was like visiting family for lunch.... not a dental visit.

I usually come here just for a check-up / teeth cleaning. This time I came down for a whitening after removing my braces. Great work they did. Whitening can usually result in some pain but they were very clear as to what to do in order to prevent most of it. I am very satisfied with the results. They were also nice enough to provide me with some floss threaders, a tooth brush, whitening tooth paste, ect. Overall bedside manner was excellent! The new office is beautiful and I will be coming back in 6 months. :)

Dr. Monica Assad and her staff are very friendly and professional. I called to inquire about a procedure and was given an appointment in a timely manner. Her billing personnel did a fantastic job and my procedure ended up costing less than what I was originally quoted. Dr. Monica explains every step of her work in detail and is really attentive to any needs the patient may have along the way. She has earned a loyal patient. I will continue to visit Dr. Assad for all of my dental care needs.

Brought myself and my 2 boys to see Dr. Monica who are 4yr and 1yr old. She was great!! It was my 4yr olds first denist experience and the Dr and all the girls in the office were amazing with him. Very kind, gentle and patient. My cleaning was very fast and painless. And my son cant wait to go back. She even checked out the 1yr olds teeth, to get him used to her for next time. The boys and I loved Dr. Monica!! This is a great Family dentistry practice, they are wonderful for all ages!!
