worst dentist ever i seen. i had insurance but she did not have trust on patient. she charged me full amount of treatment. i realized, she overcharged me after i applied to insurance. i called insurance company and they also tried to get refund from dentist but she decline to refund me. i visited end of year so, she thought i do not enough money in my account and may be i will not pay after insurance applied. so, she did not claim from her side and put on my responsibility. she do not have trust on patients. not enough staff member or assistant to take care of you. i visited first time and decided to go with this dentist and make my family dentist but it was my big mistake. trust me she is really expensive just charging for free snacks and location but not providing good treatment.

We recently changed from our existing dentist, wish I did it ten years ago ! This was singularly "the" best" dental experience and surpassed my expectations from cleanliness, modern, and using state of the art technology. The integrity of this office is incredible, they actually told me not to get work done that was previously suggested by another Dentist.. Dr. Batra provided pictures from the inter-oral camera and explained in detail why I needed certain work done... My perception is she really wants you to take good care of your teeth (brush and floss) so you dont need work done ! She is exceptional at what she does, not surprising is ivy-league educated looking at the degree on her wall, and it shows ! Incredible Integrity and passion for what she does !!!!

Incredibly unorganized. We wanted to get appointments while the entire family was in town (which happens about once annually), and we even cancelled with our regular dentist because Top of Troy had our appointments saved for a while. They day before they call us to confirm our appointment, only to call back an hour later to say they do not take our insurance. This is something an ORGANIZED office would have known the minute we tried to get appointments. We will have to wait another year for dental appointments, and regret canceling our other options.

I do not understand the bad reviews. This is by far the best dentist I have seen. Not only are they helpful with scheduling and taking care of insurance issues. But they are the friendliest staff Ive ever worked with, from the comfortable waiting rooms to the hand wax treatments or nail care (for the women in our lives). I like some people have low threshold for pain when it comes to my teeth, and Dr. Batra and the staff made this process painless and comfortable. I highly recommend them to everyone!

Starting with a super friendly staff, the paraffin wax on my hands and the light massage exam chair, this is seriously the best dentist ever! Dr. Batra is always smiling and very personable. I usually have my kids in tow and the staff loves to keep them entertained and occupied while I get my teeth cleaned! I would definitely recommend Dr. Batra without any reservation.
