Called ahead to ask; Does this Dentist accept Delta Dental PPO, their answer, “yes”. Ok then we set up appointments for my daughter and myself. We both went in for initial evaluations w/x-rays $320.00, WHAT? (No cleanings nothing). the truth is, he is a Delta Premier dentist. This means your out-of-pockets costs will be higher than with a dentist participating in Delta PPO for two reasons: 1) the benefit percentages are lower. 2) their fees could be higher. The best way to describe it is that a PPO dentist has agreed to accept Delta’s fee schedule, a Premier dentist is only bound by Delta’s maximum allowable fee, and a Non-participating dentist can charge what they want and charge the patient the difference. My XRays would have been covered 100% with a PPO dentist.& fillings were estimated quite high; I would suggest you see a Delta Dental Standard PPO dentist if you want to maximize your dental benefit. Prevent getting defrauded like I did.

Recently made an appointment for a cleaning and I loved my experience. I was seen on time which is hard to find when looking for a dental office. Every time I seen someone that worked at the office all said hello and smiled. It made me feel welcomed which I hate new things and change. But before my cleaning they took the time to get to know me and what I wanted out of my dental experience. I loved that so much! The office is a father and son office and I was with the Dr. Mitch (the son) and he was knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. Allison cleaned my teeth and she was great. She listened to me and my concerns and my teeth were shiny and clean! I checked out the office and they were on top of being clean, and everything was digital. Forsure found my dentist for me and my family!

I have been going to Rochester Family Dentistry for the past 4-5 years now and would highly recommend them! The staff is extremely knowledge, genuine and always seems to remember what we discussed in my previous visits. In addition to routine cleanings, I have had a few fillings, a teeth whitening procedure and a root canal. In addition to everything above, I specifically remember one occasion where Dr. Don went out of his way on Thanksgiving day to help resolve an issue in my rear upper molars - This is something I will never forget. Lastly, the secretaries always make sure you are aware of your current and future appointments so people like me dont forget a dentist appointment

My family has been going to see Dr. Don and his staff for 5 years and its, without question, the best dental experience Ive ever had. Everyone at the office is courteous and Dr. Don & Dr. Mitch both have a sense of professionalism and humility thats difficult to find. I just finished a 30-week Invisalign treatment and everything about the process — from the original consultation to each follow-up appointment — was top notch. Id highly recommend Rochester Family Dentistry for any and all family dental needs.

Absolutely awesome experience. The office is inviting and the staff is very friendly. On my first visit they had my name, along with a welcome message on the board in the front lobby. The dentists are very knowledgeable and you never feel pressured to do anything. Theyll be honest and tell you if something has to be done right away, or if you can wait and see if daily brushing and flossing will make it better. I highly recommend this place.

I recently moved to the area and discovered Rochester Family Dentistry. The administration was so kind and helpful during my transition and setting up my first appointment. Dr. Mitch was very knowledgeable and the fact that he is a 3rd generation dentist working with his family practice was reassuring. I highly recommend Rochester Family Dentistry.

Easily the best dentist office I have ever used. They have Great, friendly staff who are really invested in your treatment. I just completed 13 months of an Invisalign treatment through their office and could not be happier with the results! Highly recommend them
