While confirming the appointment, we were told we were the second for the day. I took permission from the school, hoping we would get done by 9.45 and be back around 10. Our appointment for the orthodontist was at 8.45 and we arrived right on time. After filling the paperwork, and waiting for 35 min, we were walked to the big room where the doc was busy with 5 other people. She was busy with somebodys braces and they were four other folks in the chairs waiting and we were told to sit in the fifth. After 20 min the doc said few more minutes and she now moved the the fourth person. I cannot believe she said few more minutes when she had 4 more ahead of us. Its unbelievable that these folks run the practice like a "oil change" shop with no courtesy to the patients or who are walking to their clinics. I would never step into this place again. Avoid this place as you have many options in the area.

Was trying to get an orthodontic appointment for my kids for long time because my kids primary care dentist referred. Multiple times I called the office to get the appointment they were saying they didnt get the referral letter from dentist even though the dentist office said they send it already. You cannot talk to the office most of the days and leaving message in the voicemail doesnt do any good. After contacting through email I was able to get an appointment though. But when I go there they have a no show fee for one of my kids appointment. Office staff is rude and they dont have the patience to talk to you. I end up paying the fee in order to get the appointment. Will have to check with my insurance to find a better place for my kids.

Friendly but unable to perform proper root canal. I have been to this location and Warren location over 6 times total for the same tooth since January. I will however say that the Patient Services group has been very helpful in trying to resolve my issue, but it was like pulling teeth (pun intended) to get a return call when initially calling and leaving a message regarding my problem. Additionally, I tried to leave a message at a later date and the VM box was full. That is something to be said about the service and care given in my opinion. I will not return to Great Expression Dental after this tooth is finally fixed. I warn others to steer clear of these. Find an independent dentist.

I was told about 10 minute wait, after an hour i was called into a room where they took an X-ray of a wisdom tooth coming and was told that i would have to wait 3 minutes. During my second hour of waiting i wasnt assured that i would be seen anytime soon.The doctor comes in looks at my X-ray then inside my mouth and says she is recommending me to another doctor to get my tooth pulled and that was all. i was face to face with the doctor for less then 5 minutes, at the office for two hours.

Orthodontist is very competent, but scheduling appointments is as unhelpful as it comes. Receptionist is very impatient, and not really a people person IMHO. There is no reminder calls or service automatically provided. There is a texting service however which was difficult to get info for. If your going to spend a fortune on your kids mouth, you should at least do it with someone who will treat you decent.

I just called this location to confirm an appointment and I called this office by mistake. Not knowing this when I initially called, I asked to look up my name and the lady that answered the call, looked up my name and said she never saw me before and just literally hung up, "click"!!! No goodbye or any thing. very rude- based on the previous reviews SOOOOOO GLAD i dont go to this location!

I have been going to Great Expressions for about a year now, and I think I have finally found my permanent dentist location. I see Dr. Haddad and I am currently getting Invisalign. Dr. Haddad is very knowledgeable and has provided me with great dental care. I have also called with insurance questions and information and Juana at the front desk has helped me out over and over again.

Excellent service. Dr. Haddad now cares for my entire family. Nothing but great experiences for myself, my wife and all of our children. They are especially great with James my 7 year old son. He is amazed that they "know me". The staff is caring, friendly and accommodating. We highly recommend this office for all of your dental needs.

I take my daughter to the Great Expression orthodontist in Rochester, Michigan. I signed a 24 month contract that my insurance pays 100%...or so I thought. They broke the contract and are trying to charge both me and my insurance for the month of October. Very disappointing service. The doctor and the receptionists are extremely rude.

We had our daughter at Great Expressions Rochester for braces. We were very dissatisfied with the service provided. Difficulty scheduling an appointment for broken bracket, rude, not responsive, and do not return multiple phone calls, and office hours/days fluctuate each week. We had to pull our daughter from this orthodontist.

Dont go to this place!!! The service is terrible, the receptionists are rude and they never answer the phone. When you finally speak with someone you have to wait forever for an appointment and they are not open on days or hours that are convenient to working people! I wish Id never gone to this place!

This one of the best dental offices I have ever gone to. Dr. Berman is such a kind and caring dentist. He makes his patients feel so at ease that you know you are getting the best dental care. Also, all the staff is just wonderful. I am so glad I found this office and you will not be disappointed .

More concerned about add on services and getting your money than treating you like a patient. They dont even give you a free toothbrush like every other dentist out there does. Will never return here!
