The last week of August, for the first time in the over 15 years that my family and I have been your patients, I had a dental emergency. I called the office on Wednesday August 28th asking for an appointment, and I was told that I have to wait until the following Tuesday to see the dentist. I begged the receptionist for an appointment because I was in so much pain but it was useless, basically I was told that I have to suck it up and wait until after Labor Day weekend. The 5 of us found a better dentist at another dental office.

I have been a patient for about three years. I recently had a dental cleaning and was told I was due and eligible for x.rays. I have received a bill for the x-rays and when I called the office I was told I am only eligible for x-rays every two years. This is not what I was told at my dental cleaning and I am not happy that the office is not aware of their patients insurance and advising properly.

Insurance scammer!!!!! This guy charged me for X-rays he never took. My new dentist office and I both had to call multiple times before they would send them to the new office. My new dentist said the X-rays were incomplete and there was supposed to be more, and I needed more x-rays but my insurance would not cover them because I had already been billed for them once this calendar year.
