The worst dentist I have ever came across. Very dishonest. The front lady stated that everything was covered by my insurance. I paid about $300 dollars upfront. I thought everything was great. All of sudden I receive a bill saying I owe $1027. I have no idea why or where it came from. Apparently my insurance didnt approve it. They did not call me to let me know. Instead sent me a letter saying that if I dont pay it will be sent to collections. Service was horrible! Waited for 2 hours before being helped. None of the staff were professional. I would honestly suggest anyone to find another dentist. Save yourself from the headache Im dealing with. If I was to rate them from 0 to 10. I would rate them negative 10.

I drive 45 minutes each way to come to this doctor and its worth it. Ive been to a lot of dentists that make you wait forever and smell like the cheeseburger they ate on their lunch-break. Not this guy. This guy is sharp, clean-cut, articulate, and definitely the kind of guy youd want to have using sharp instruments inside your mouth. Almost as important as the actual procedure is cost. I dont think Ive found a dental office more straight-forward about cost then this place. The cost is well below the average cost of most dentist offices that are decked out with gold facades and marble floors. If anyone needs my opinion directly just message me. 5 stars all the way

My experience at Lakewood Dental was really good! Dr. Atoui is so professional kind and gentle. I was scared to go to the dentist and I initially just went to get my wisdom teeth removed. I feel so comfortable now that I will be doing much more work with them and I will perfect my smile :) the staff is so nice and caring. Thank You all for such a wonderful experience. well i see that office as a very caring place I have had thousands of dollars of work done by that doctor and he was very caring, I also have insurance maybe you should check with your insurance company billing your insurance is a curiosity, you should understand that and know that its not a guarantee. I also think staff is very professional...... Its a busy office but I feel the quality of work is great. i would recommend him to anyone

My experience at Lakewood Dental was beyond amazing. Doctor Atoui and staff are very friendly and treat you with nothing but respect. They explain every procedure in a way where you understand and feel comfortable in doing what it is you need done. Im not one who likes sitting in the dentists chair but when Im here im not nervous or scared, Im just relaxed.
