I went there for regular check-up/cleaning. I brought X-ray since they said it would work fine. However, they took additional X-rays which sounds unnecessary (because they decided to take additional ones BEFORE looking at the previous X-ray). They diagnosed I need a "deep" cleaning. While it does not use special equipments and the staff did not spend more time than usual cleaning, it costs almost $400 dollars more than usual cleaning. (Majority was paid by dental insurance, but my insurance has upper limit.) I noticed that the staff was nervous when she asked me a signature. They are greedy and charged too much. The doctor is nice, but I do not recommend this place.

Dr. Jack and his staff are the best. I highly recommend their office for the dental work they do, their professionalism and their friendliness. Unfortunately my two kids and me needed a lot of dental work recently. Two root canals, two crowns, wisdom teeth removed, and a tooth removed. With Dr. Jack there is no pain whatsoever in getting a root canal or crowns done. The business office will also work with you the best that they can to help you with any financial assistance you may need. I wouldnt go anywhere else for my dental needs.

Dr. Bahlhorn is AWESOME! Best dentist I have ever had. She is very professional, smart, nice, and made me not hate going to the dentist quite so much. The few front desk people I met were also real nice and explained all the charges thoroughly before and after treatments -- maybe the other reviewers got different staff or they recently changed staff?? Appointments were easy to get and only had to wait a week to get a few cavities filled after the exam.

Me and my family have been going here for over 10 years. I will never go back! Left work early to go to a 4 PM appointment and found out it was canceled. It was a billing issue they said oh sorry they shouldve called you. Ive had billing issues in the past and brought them up there and theyve told me oh no you dont have to pay that they just mistakenly billed me. But this time was different I guess? Wow.

My kids went there for normal cleaning, They did extra X-Ray for my kids withouy my knowledge, and end-up charge me a lot. They promise to use white filling, instead they used silver filling.
