Very very rude staff.....they take your children in the back and dont let you go in the back with them. So I stood at the door and can hear my child and others cryimg and screaming. And I also hear one of the staff members tell and little girl she to old to be crying its time to grow up. Then when I go in the back to check on my child the doctor was very rude and told me I could get out and she waved her hand towards the door. I was comforting my child and should not have been talked to like that.

The worst dental care in Dearborn! Their staff was very unprofessional and rude. I had called to reschedule an appointment for my son, but instead of making a new appointment they threw me on the wait list without even telling me! When I called to complain, they lied and told me that I was informed of being put on the wait list. I WAS NOT. Theyre clinic is overbooked, unhelpful, unprofessional, and rude. Dont even bother taking your kids to this place.

Our daughter had her second visit today and she was very calm and happy! The dental office is amazing and the whole staff make it a wonderful experience. Madona the hygienist is very skillled and took her time with my child thank you for this wonderful experience ! See you in 6 month -Mariam klait and Ali alrahayem
