Went there with my wife, for cleaning and to check my teeth. Cleaning was good, tech from Ukraine was amazing. Now, after, problems started: they diagnosed a "root canal" that didnt need to be done (the "doctor" said the nerve was too close to the surface and needed to be killed or otherwise the pain would be intolerable) and Id have to pay around $1500 out of pocket for root canal, crown and 2 fillings or around $2100 out of pocket including another 3 fillings. That, after maxing my insurance coverage. Turns out I checked some other guys and I didnt need the root canal, and out of 5 fillings Soft Dental said I needed to replace, only 3 were actually needed. Completed the crown and the fillings needed, no pain (I guess my nerve just "disappeared) for $700. Another thing: they called me to schedule an appointment ( at the time when I thought this guys were genuine) and they said Sunday morning was perfect, and the doctor would be there to take care of my root canal and crown. I woke up Sunday early (my only day off) to go there and what happened: Doc was too busy with cleanings, I had to come back on week days two weeks later (even though my tooth was already broken and they said they will fix it on Sunday). Hopefully I decided to get a second opinion at that point, considering food was getting stuck on my broken tooth and I didnt want to spend 2 weeks like that. Then I realized who this guys are. Shame on you, "Soft" Dental "spa" Never coming back.

i am giving them a poor not for the dental service but for how they bill things. I got the impression that if I paid for a total which we went over I would not have to pay anymore. The lady, Suzan, told me we are responsible for any residual payments but never once mentioned it to me. She expected me to read everything while I was in pain and sitting on the dental chair. I would have not go ahead with the resin treatment, which i was recommended but not needed since i havent had a cavity in 10+ years. The way I was presented i thought everything was all covered. Why else would i have went ahead with it. My wife got her cleaning and was charged hundreds more for the same exact treatments comparing to my previous dentist when i look at my bills from the ins. I felt they are very $ oriented and not whats best for you. Everything is $$$. I live near by so i gave them a chance. It was my first and my last. If you dont heed my advice, well at least dont let them talk you to do anything unnecessary and wipe out your annual limit!

For anyone out there looking for a place to remove your wisdom teeth, look no further the people in this place execute the words on their name "Soft Touch" Long story short, I tried to take out my own tooth at home (money issues) but found out pretty quickly I wasnt going to make it. This place offers royalty service without the royalty prices. My tooth was taken out pain free, I even went back to work right after the procedure and was able to drive home just fine. After the anesthesia wore out I only had the minor discomfort of not being able to chew on that side, virtually no pain and no swelling!

Im slightly obsessed with the service here. On point and oh so detailed. I was happy with how gentle they were with my cleaning. I have TMJ, so my jaw pops a lot. Its very painful going to get my teeth done because I have to leave my mouth open for an extended time period but here.. they are very mindful and did things differently than any other dentist office I have ever been too. I left happy and no sore jaw! I really really do recommend coming here. Coming back for my yearly check-up and INVISALIGN. Woot woot!

This was my first time here and I was extremely impressed with the service and staff at this clinic. The initial registration was quick and I was seen right away. Although everyone here was super nice and courteous I would specifically like to mention the exceptional work done by Amanda (hygienist). She was extremely professional, calm and very thorough in her cleaning. A definite asset to the facility and I highly recommend her!! Thank you for a great experience overall!!

At age 25, I took my 1st tripped to the dentist. Not only was this was my 1st trip to the dentist, I recently moved to the state and had no idea which doctors are trustworthy. I cannot fully express the relief I felt when I made that initial phone call. From that moment the staff treated me as if I was family. Quick, Friendly, and loving. You guys have me for life now.

Furthermore, I rarely have to miss time off from work now that the office is open 7 days a week. I have been here a couple of times for my cleanings. Everyone is very friendly and attentive towards what I need. The woman up front verifies my insurance before I come which makes my visit better because I know how much money to bring with me. I will be coming here as long as I live in Houston.

From the moment you walk in, youre welcomed by a friendly staff. The waiting room is nice and clean while the patient rooms provide a tv to help you relax. Theres never much of a wait time and youre quickly attended. Great service and affordable dental care.

The service is great! I never have to wait too long to be seen. All of the employees are bubbly and friendly. Additionally, this office has very flexible hours for working professionals. Theyre open until 8 PM on a few weekdays!
