Each time you go there is a different dentist. I went in 3 weeks ago and complained of sensitivity and pain to a tooth. The dentist said it had a cavity and would need to be filled. Three weeks later I still cannot eat on that side. Go back in, they do another xray, turns out I need a root canal. Which they dont do. What!? Asked if the infection at the root of the tooth was there three weeks ago, they dont know because they didnt do a complete xray. Said I didnt complain about sensitivity three weeks ago. I stated I did. The doctor got confused and didnt know what to say so she left the room. I waited 5 min, she didnt come back, so I just left. Same exact thing happened to my husband who was referred to another dentist to get his root canal. Lol...the dentist they referred him to only does root canals. His complaint severe pain and sensitivity to a tooth. Did the Pine Creek do the full xray on his tooth the first visit? No...just wanted to get the funds for the filling. Never again.

Been with them since 2006. When we started going there Dr. Oliver was incredible. Sadly, she left the practice several years ago and now they cannot seem to keep a dentist for more than a few months at a time. Office also is unable to keep established appointments. You make an appointment months in advance and they call you a week prior to reschedule. Last 3 of my husbands appointments have been changed. They called me today for an appointment tomorrow @ 7:30 AM to reschedule. Im on vacation and planned my dental appointment accordingly. Too bad they do not value their clients time 8o(

Worst dentist Ive ever been to. Staff was not at all friendly. When having an xray the machine kept slipping out of place. I had a tooth that chipped and the dentist walked in, introduced herself then started telling one of the other staff that I needed an extraction! Didnt ask what I wanted to do. Went to see the dentist at Floss just down the street the next day and hell be doing a crown. This place charged me $117 For two xrays (one was very dark And unclear) and 3 minutes of the Dentist time. Never Going Back!!!

Always a pleasant experience at Pine Creek Dental. Sonja and Lilly are always so easy and a joy to work with. Dr Goshe and Megan the hygienist were both new to me. Dr Goshe was somewhat hard to understand with her accent. I was frustrated at the recommendation to see an endodonist for a root canal. I dont want to pay to go to a specialist. Both the dentist and hygienist were not as personable as Dr Kim the previous dentist and the previous hygienist.

The staff is friendly and on top of their game. I have visited the facility several times over the last few weeks and have been pleased with their attention to detail and their communication. Update: Just had another great experience at Pine Creek Dental. They are truley awesome! Thanks for being good at what you do, and for caring about the comfort of the patients. You guys are great!

I dont know what horror movie these third world quacks crawled out of, but they gave my mother oral surgery AGAINST HER WILL! What was supposed to be a routine cap fix turned into a nightmare for my family. If you value your safety, avoid this rat-hole and the monsters who lurk there.
