Bad experience, i set up appointment for my 2 daughters on November 9 appointment scheduled for November 16. Gave insurance name, group number, age of my daughters etc...i get a call day before appointment, they just verified insurance and since both my daughters are over 6 they cannot be seen by pediatric dentist, only general dentist...representative said this is a DMO policy thats been in place..(my response) it took you all 7 days to verify insurance, and if its policy thats been in place, no one caught it when i was providing information regarding insurance and age of my daughters.. someone seriously dropped the ball..now im scrambling to get appointment

THIS PLACE IS AWESOME! My 2 kids ages 7&8 used to go to a different dentist and they were horrible. My daughter was so afraid of even hearing the word dentist. Julie longoria and the rest of the staff made my children trust and love them so quickly. Now, my kids even ask when their next appointment is. I dont care that I have to drive 45 mioniutes to their office.. IT IS SO WORTH IT!
