This company is a pure joke. The advertise you can go to the dentist or optometrist on the same day you have their plan. In their brochure is a listing of available service providers but these providers are not part of their network. I called so many I finally just gave up because I was told the same thing; "We dont accept their plan." This company should be closed because the only thing they do is take your money and have nothing to really offer except frustration. You would be better off contacting a service provider yourself and negotiating a price on your own because these people arent going to provide you with anything except a receipt for your money and no help with your needs.

I had been suffering with a tooth ache for several months and I went to a dentist and come to find out I needed a root canal along with two extractions and the price was outrageous I was gonna have to pay almost 2500 out of pocket. And then I went to another dentist called Royal Dentist and they referred me to this company American Dental Care and I signed up and I actually saved 1900 so yea there a good dental plan I was worried but as of now NO problems with them. Still saving money and getting my teeth fixed. Dont go by what others say negatively never true. Great customer service. Give them a call.

STAY AWAY, STAY FAR, FAR AWAY!! They claim to have high quality dentists when in fact they have quacks who are constantly trying to sell you unneeded things and doing treatments that are unnecessary. I tried several dentists and even had a dentist have me come in for a root canal, charged me for the visit and a bunch of other things and then told me they didnt do root canals and I had to go to a specialist. Then, when you call to talk to someone they are argumentative and defensive, wont listen, and all around rude.

Very bad experience just give them my money very bad service bad organization sellers do not explain to detail just want to sell. I was sent twice the wrong membership card and still the surprise for canceling porke pay does not explain that it is a one year contract. I am really disappointed of this company that just extends the hand and removes your money. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT

Ive been using them since 2010 after it was recommended to me by the receptionist at my dentist to save me over $700 on my crowns. My cleanings are $25 and cleaning with X-ray is $40, needles to say at that rate I go 2-3 times per year. Ive been happy with them and now they saved me $150 per year to set up annual payment. Just like anything do your own research but they have worked for me and my wife.

I was in a car accident and broke my two front teeth. With out any coverage I was looking at $5600 out of pocket for crowns and crown lengthening for the front two teeth. I signed up with american dental back in april and I am so happy now, I ended up crowning my 4 front teeth for cosmetic reasons and I only paid $2060 . This plan is worth it! Thank you American Dental, I am a lifetime customer!

Thank you ! I paid $505 for a crown with the plan and when I originally went in to the dentist with out the plan it was going to cost me $1200. My crown looks great and I can only say great things about this plan and company! Thank you Elisia for taking the time to go over my treatment plan and getting back to me right away! This plan saved me a lot of money. Great investment!

I was told billing couldnt speak to me, because it was 20 min. til 5:00. I was told an hour before that that they could not speak to me then either, and that somebody from billing was going to call me right back, and of course, they never did. Basically they were trying to avoid taking to me, because I was calling about billing issue.

Useless and corrupt....Dont join, stay far away This is not insurance, it is only a dental referral center with very minimal discounts. When you attempt to cancel membership youll encounter unanswered voicemails, and fax machines that dont work, while they continue to take your money without fail every month.

its a lie! what they quote you is a lie! the dentist does not have to agree with thier prices, and they dont! they are a waste of money and have the WORSTE COSTOMER SERVICE!! and they take money out of your account without your permission and make it sooo hard to cancel your plan. they are shady cheaters!

This plan saved me so much money! I went to Royalty Dental in Spring with this plan and I only paid $24 to get a routine cleaning! Awesome Plan because I was looking at $150 with out any type of coverage or plan. In 6 months this plan pays for itself! Thank you American Dental Care.

I constantly have contacted this establishment repeatedly emailed and called multiple times for cancellation they continue to tell me someone will contact me and no one ever does horible customer service would not recommend this place to anyone

I dont know what everyone else is doing but I go down the the list of approved dentist, make an appointment and get my services done no issue. I usually pay for a cleaning with xray around $30-$40 dollars.
