My reply to your reply: Im pretty sure you were rolling the dice and hoping I would not see your reply. You clearly are trying to place the blame somewhere else and will not take responsibility. It was your office, in Houston Texas, where I was treated poorly and where a female doctor attempted to talk me into doing unnecessary dental work. Eldridge Dental on Eldridge and West Little York. Outrageous. I really hate writing negative things about places so I have been contemplating writing this review for a while so here we go.... Since I was new to the area I had to find a new dentist and this was the first place I called. When I called this office to make an appointment, the lady that answered the phone was very sweet. When I arrived to my appointment it was a whole different story. The guy that was sitting up front was super rude. I gave him the benefit of the doubt, maybe he was having a bad day.. Then I go to the back for my check up and cleaning and the female doctor had a bad attitude. She then proceeds to tell me that I need a small fortune worth of work and it really caught me off guard. I had this new insurance and I am thinking because it did not show any history that they must have thought that it had been a long time since I had seen a dentist. I do not go every six months, but I do go every year and I think its been 4 years since I even had a cavity. All of sudden I need six crowns.. I decided to get a second opinion, then I went for a third opinion just to see how they all compared. The second and third opinions were exactly the same. I needed two fillings. This office should be ashamed of themselves. You think when you go to a doctor they are going to have strong ethics and do the right thing. You dont normally think they are going to tell you need all this work when in reality you do not. Maybe they were having a slow week, or month, and they needed the money. I dont know. What I do know is this office tried to rip off me and my insurance company. AND, they were not even nice about it. You would think if someone was trying to rip you off they would be kind to your face. This office is outrageous and the doctor and employees are some of the rudest people I have interacted with since I moved to this town. STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE. Well, if you dont mind wasting money and having unnecessary work done, then go to the office.

Back in December of 2015 I came to visit my folks living in Houston and was due for a cleaning. They immediately took me to Eldridge Dental. At first I was skeptical... I mean come on, who actually likes going to the dentist #amIright? Especially one that is in unfamiliar territory! So I went, had my my teeth cleaned, and was very satisfied to say the least. The staff was absolutely great! Not only were they friendly and skilled in the dentistry arts, but the staff was genuinely concerned with my well-being. They were very loquacious and made me feel comfortable in the daunting "dentist chair." DUN DUN DUUUUN!! After my cleaning I expressed interest in some cosmetic work like veneers. They laid out some options, gave me a plan including affordable financing, and told me to sleep on it. Well I slept on it for about 5 months while I finished up my semester of school in Charleston, SC. After consulting other dentists in Charleston, who by the way gave me outlandish price estimates of up to $14,000, I decided I wanted to go back to Eldridge Dental. I flew back this past May and began the process. Throughout the duration of my plan over these past couple weeks, Dr. Banks, Dr. Sajadi, and their Lab worked on my case diligently to ensure I was completely satisfied. As I was pressed for time to get back to Charleston I was flabbergasted at the amount of work and overtime the staff at Eldridge put in for me, not to mention their experts at the lab working on my veneers to ensure the color and shape were perfect. After the veneers were all done, I can honestly say I could not have asked for a better group of doctors and assistants working on my teeth. They are absolutely perfect and now give me the confidence to show off my smile that Ive always wanted. So whether it is merely a dental checkup or cosmetic work, I highly highly highly recommend Eldridge Dental.

The office staff is very warm and friendly, making you feel welcome and comfortable. Dr Banks is amazing, she informed me of every step of the procedure, how long each step would take, and exactly what i should expect. Her expertise, and caring personality are second to none. I highly recomend Eldridge Dental.
