The other reviews on here are right - this place will scam you. I received, through auction, a "free dental whitening" that this company had donated to a to a charity gala in January 2017. When I presented them with the certificate, they said that it was not a free whitening and was a promotion they were running in December 2016 for a free home whitening system with the purchase of a $300 whitening. I explained that it was represented at the gala as a free whitening and that the gala took place in January (after the supposed promotion). They said they would honor it even though the promotion wasnt still going on. (Seriously??) As far as scamming goes, I consider this pretty bad. To "donate" something for a charitable cause that technically isnt even valid might as well be fraud. I really hope they didnt actually take a deduction for that. Needless to say, I did NOT get the whitening. I did continue with a cleaning since I had also scheduled a cleaning. I was told that I would need a 3-process deep cleaning that would cost over $500. When I tried to cancel, a female office worker gave me a hard time and said, "well you need it." When the dental hygienist came in (I honestly I have know idea why shes working in such a sleazy place), she told me that I dont need everything that the dentist wanted to charge me for and removed the unnecessary procedures. I left scheduling only one follow up appointment with the hygienist. The hygienist had to cancel that appointment, which I was honestly fine with. I then recently received an email saying I had a scheduled appointment in 3 weeks. I never made this appointment. When I called to cancel, a rude office woman (probably the same one as before) said, "Well you scheduled it." I told her I did not schedule it, to cancel it, and not to make any more appointments in my name. She then hung up on me. I would never recommend this place to anyone and anyone who goes here should be forewarned that will probably be scammed and sold unnecessary procedures.

I went here because of the high reviews it had but once here, I was given a treatment plan that was really expensive. I do have serious dental problems so I was willing to proceed with the plan, I worked out an agreement with the office manager, I was paying part of it down and will have a payment of about $500 a month in house. The day that I had my first appointment for treatment i received a call from another person at the office saying that my treatment could not be completed at their office due to their oral surgeon leaving on vacation (or something like that). I was told I could still get the treatment done at a partner office but will need to work out the payment plan with them since the plan i had set up will not be valid at that office. This was not acceptable, I requested to speak to the office manager and was told that he was not available and will call me back. I never received a call back, i called again and he was not there and was told the same thing. I never received a call back from the office manager that set up my treatment plan in the beginning.

THEY WILL SCAM YOU!! Several complaints here.... But Ill list my two major ones. 1. They charged my wife 900 dollars to fill a single cavity even though we have dental insurance. 2. I bought an expensive toothbrush through them because I was told their office warranties the toothbrush for a lifetime. Two months later, the toothbrush is broken. I call the office and... guess what?! The woman that answered said they would NEVER tell their patients that because it isnt true. Funny... My wife and I remember being told the exact same thing! After spending thousands at this office, I cannot begin to express how unhappy I am. I will be finding a reliable and honest dentist to start going to. I would suggest you do the same!!

Dont go here unless you want to be scammed. Refused to give my wife a cleaning saying she required a deep cleaning for $400 and that she needed a root canal and crown for $2000. My wife goes to another dentist office for second opinion. Dentist says her gums were perfect and no need for deep cleaning and that there were no need for either a root canal or crown needed. Not even a single cavity to fill. Probably tried to take advantage of her cause she had a foreign accent.

Nothing but great things to say about this place. Dr Phan and his team took great care of me from beginning to the end!! All the technology is very modern and helps make the experience even better. The office is well run and kept very clean. If your looking for a dentist I highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

Dr. Nwankwo and her team are FANTASTIC. Everyone was super nice, the Dr. and hygienist were very gentle and caring. They covered all of my questions and concerns. I felt so comfortable. The office was very clean and had all the latest technology. They take most insurance plans too! I definitely recommend coming here!

I had a root canal, and my payments come out...randomly! At the end of the month, on the 18th on the 3rd. Um really. I cant even plan the payments they pull it when ever they want to seriously.
