Im grateful of them performing a root canal on such short notice. However, Dr. Dilawri M.D. had horrible bedside manner, which equates to not polite, non-inviting and a very unfriendly demeanor. I informed her of what I had taken to ease the pain and inflammation. She then told me what she will prescribe to me, but once finished she rushed out her office; failing to write me a script. Also, when carving my tooth down to prepare for the crown, she had caused the other teeth to be sharp and jagged. Once the crown was placed she basically said she was finished and showed me a mirror. I asked if she was planning to soften the sharp edges to make my teeth uniform. She paused, sighed and stated "I guess I could". She finished as if being forced to. At the end of it all I was pleased. My tooth was repaired and my infection was no longer causing me pain. Had I not said anything, I would be sent off with crooked teeth caused by herself. Dentists typically make your teeth uniform and treat your teeth like a work of art. She treated me like I was I was bothering her. Though, her assistant was very sweet. The before image shows the side teeth prior to my request to round the edges.

My husband and I just started seeing Dr. Laura Ouch and so far we love it! From the first interaction I had with the office, a phone call answered by the sweetest Office Manager Ive ever met, Ms. Chasity Thomas, I knew this was the place for us. They didnt try to sell us a bunch of high-dollar procedures that wouldnt address our real concerns and they worked with our insurance (Aetna DMO) and showed us different options for each price range. We havent made good use of our insurance until now as many offices dont accept DMOs. Even the other location we visited, Heights Modern Dentistry, didnt offer certain materials where our insurance covered the majority of the cost. Dr. Ouch is extremely gentle, reassuring, calm and skilled! Im looking forward to seeing her again and completing the rest of my dental work. Dont wait until its too late to address your dental issues. Even as bad of shape as my mouth was in, we should be able to take care of everything in about 3 visits total. As someone is absolutely terrified of dental work, I highly recommend this office.

Dr. Laura Ouch is AWESOME. -- not just for people who are VERY fearful of getting dental work done like myself, but also because she is a grade A professional at her craft. I was greeted by a very friendly staff member and felt comfortable not only upon walking in, but through the entire process. Dr. Ouch knew that I had some fears so she talked me through the whole thing and made me laugh quite a bit to lighten the mood, her bedside manner is unprecedented. The care I received at this office is phenomenal. Within my first visit I knew this office would be my primary dental office. From the receptionist, the dental hygienist, and the doctor- I felt like a valued patient. I was taken care of in every arena in this office and would highly recommend it to my friends and family. This will be my personal primary care center going forward. Thanks again to the amazing staff and I look forward to my next appointment!

My experience started off a bit rough trying to get Memorial Modern Dentistry to commit to an appointment. They called me twice to change my appointment and then a third time on the day of my appointment trying to get me to come in earlier. I ended up having to bring my baby, due to all of the rescheduling, but once I was there I was treated with the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I had ever had at a dentist office. The dentist EKTA DILAWRI was very thorough in explaining everything and made me feel VERY comfortable, as well as her assistant Ashley. All of the ladies were very sweet, prompt, and did a very good job at cleaning my teeth. The office manager Chasity Thomas also explained the finances and what was needed in the future. and explaining further procedures. I highly recommend this place they know what their doing that is for sure.

I had not been to the dentist for a long time and found Dr. D after searching and goggling dentists around town. I am so happy that I found them! Everyone (office staff, manager, Dental Assistant, Hygienist) were very friendly and made me feel welcome. Had an appointment this morning for several crowns that were made while in the office. Wonderful experience!!!!!. Dr. D was very gentle and made sure I was comfortable at all times. I highly recommend these folks and I will make sure I never miss another 6 month checkup!!

I just moved to Houston and saw Dr. Ouch today as my new dentist. The office was nice and new and the staff was awesome. Dr. Ouch was very friendly, kind, caring and thorough with her exam and explanations. Dr. Ouch is an extremely knowledgeable, skilled and professional dentist. I am in the dental field myself and highly recommend Dr. Ouch!
