This was a dentist attempt to enlist reviews by the patients by email, I received the same email asking for a great review. In 2015 my tooth broke in the front of my mouth, it was an emergency situation. I had to find a dentist fast!!! Dr. Baldwins office was able to book the appointment the same day and for me it was imperative to get the tooth fixed as soon as possible. (This dentist performed dental work on my teeth to the sum of over $7500). He was even suppose to laser a part of my gum to drop slightly over another tooth(did not work). I went to take a look at a back molar with a cavity earlier this year, so the only option Dr. Baldwins office could offer for me would be to raise my Care Credit card limit, not work out a payment plan. They do not assist you in anything other than raising your credit limit. As I found later, other dental offices will work with you (payment plans) and that was the reason for my transition to a another dentist. I did find a new dentist that worked with their patients and value more than just the money!!! They were willing to work with me! Insurance providers do not cover the procedure if the dental work has been less than 5 years old. The new dentist I went to, to assist me with this tooth said this was not common practice and most good dentist guarantee their work for the 5 years. He implored me to contact Dr. Baldwins office to rectify this matter, because it would be an incurred expense for me out of pocket. I contacted Dr. Baldwins office several times (they did ask for the xrays from the other office), but did nothing to rectify the situation. Dr. Baldwins office would not return my phone calls and would not even take a look at the crown. After I asked to speak with Dr. Baldwin they responded back with an email that stated, they guarantee only if I had gone to them for routine visits. It was not until I said I would seek legal action, that I got a response. The response, "Oh, we cant speak to you, we have turned it over to our attorney!" This is after calling everyday for a week and a half!!! I went back to the current dentist that offers various payment plans, the facility/office is beautiful! The receptionist/staff are very courteous and they value customer service and patient care!!! They certainly get 5 STARS!!! "I WILL SHOW YOU HOW GOD WORKS!" The day I went to my current dentist to finally get the tooth fixed, the dentist ask did I get any resolve with Dr. Baldwins office? I had to explain the situation and tell him no! He smiled and said this is so unfortunate and started working on my tooth, he saw my dismay!!! The look on his face to me said, that was just bad business!!! When I was finished, he said alright lady you are all set!!! I said Ok, looking a little puzzled. They had quoted me a price when I called to make that appointment! I said thank you, he smiled and said you come back and see me an walked out the room. The assistant walked back in the room and said Mrs. Walker you are all set, I said ok again. She said we will see you next time, you may go. I said I have to take care of this bill. She smiled and said no you do not, the doctor said you do not have a bill!!! I live by a standard, "treat people right and value every person as you may never know when you are on the opposite side needing help!!!"

Dr Baldwin, my favorite dentist. He is excellent, the best. Although he is very professional, he is also a caring, thoughtful man with a gentle touch. A man who has substance; a man with a conscience; someone for whom I have great respect and admiration. While he transitions from the very first step of your procedure to the very last he makes certain you are not hurting. And, his work? It is amazing! He is skillful ... very skillful... after all, how many people do you know who have the expertise and the manual dexterity to actually work in such a small place as a mouth and to deliver the best results? (Well, my mouth is small. lol) Dr. Baldwin is an artist. If you saw what he had to work with with me, you would certainly understand that statement. The end result of his work is amazing on so many levels. I am very pleased with his services. While he was restoring my teeth, he also restored my confidence; he made me feel happy; he made it possible for me to smile again. Not only is Dr Baldwin wonderful, but each and every person in his employ is also wonderful. They are all very professional and greet you with smiles and sincere friendliness. They are all committed to make your office visit as pleasant as possible. (Did I mention that they are all also lovely?) Dr. Baldwin and every one who is on his staff have the ability to make you feel as if you are the only person in the world who matters while they are taking care of you. They make you feel special....after all, they recognize that you are special. Yes, all of them have my loyalty, my admiration and my respect. I love them all. So, if you need a good dentist (and who doesnt?) go to Dr. Baldwins office. You will not regret it. And if you have some special needs or special problems, give him a chance. Truly, Dr. Baldwin is wonderful and so is his staff. They all exhibit great communication skills, compassion, and understanding too. They will find a way to address and resolve all of your dental matters.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE Dr. Baldwins dentist office!!! All the ladies who work here make me feel like an "A list" celebrity whenever we come in! They know us by name and they always ask "how are you doing" or "hows school going" (cause Im a teacher) or" how are the kids?" Ive been to dozens of dentist offices and this is by far the BEST one Ive ever had the pleasure of visiting! Ive even bragged on them for the past 5 yrs to my hubby who was a dedicated Monarch Dental clinic patient and he finally agreed to try out Dr. Baldwin after being turned away for being only 13 mins late to his Monarch Dental appt. Once he arrived at Dr. Baldwins office, he LOVED the warm welcome he received from the attentive staff! Plus it doesnt hurt that the entire staff is comprised of all gorgeous young ladies who cater to him! Lol!

Being new to the area, I was referred to Dr. Baldwin from a friend. My experience was amazing. The staff was incredibly friendly and they personally took it upon themselves to make sure I felt comfortable, especially considering it was my first time there. Since my first visit, Ive had a root canal and crown which was desperately needed. Dr. Baldwin made sure I was comfortable and did everything possible to make sure my treatment plan wasnt going to be a scenario of me biting off more than I could chew (literally! lol). They even offered me carecredit and made sure I had zero interest for 12 months which was truly amazing. I would highly recommend Dr. Baldwin and his practice. The staff is wonderful and I fully trust them with all my dental needs.
