Professionals, Efficient, Polite, and Helpful. Those are the main words that come to mind after my appointment here yesterday. Number one I love their hours... theyre open later on in the evenings which is ideal for those who work standard business hours and have families. I work until 4pm, was able to go home and cook dinner for my family and make it to my appointment at 6:30. I spoke with their receptionist (I forgot her name) but she was amazing. She took her time looking up my insurance and made sure that I fully understood my benefits, what I would be responsible for, and even rebates that not only saved me money but put 20 bucks in my pocket!! The eye doctor herself was super sweet, along with her assistant. They both took their time, explained everything, and made sure my eyes were healthy and comfortable in my lenses. I was in and out in 40 minutes... and that includes new patient paperwork. These women really care about their patients and they have gained a life time customer. thanks ladies!!

The professionals that work at this clinic stay true to that name. I needed contacts and called in for an appt. I got one right away. Came in and was greeted very kindly and efficiently. The receptionists knew their stuff, brought me in, gave me clear instructions, answered my questions, explained my insurance coverage, and I felt very comfortable the whole time. Dr. Kalladanthyil was in without delay, did the exam quickly, and gave excellent explanations ( and I asked alot). She knows her stuff. Came out and they helped me order contacts and utilized my insurance (saved more money then I thought!). The store itself has a wide selection and very clean/up kept. When I need glasses Ill definitely be back, they have alot of name brand glasses and alot of styles. Thanks for the great experience and youll see me again!

My experience here was fantastic. When I initially walked in, I thought I was in the wrong place as I had been coming here for years and they completely renovated the place and it looks fantastic. There is a new doctor who seems very knowledgeable. She was kind, gentle, and explained my diagnosis and what my options were very clearly. They have a very good selection of frames and plenty of brands to choose from. Highly recommend this optical boutique for all your eye care needs.

This optica "eye care" in Woodridge is the worst optica I have ever been at. The "doctor" srinivas jairam was unhelpful, innatentive, rude and careless. The worst optometric I have ever met. I brought my old glasses to replace lenses into my new ones. And the "Doctor" spoiled my lenses and he didnt want to take responsibility for that. He doesnt care about eye care. The last word I have heard from him are "I dont care." Im very disappointed in him and his disgusting "eye care."

Very efficient, excellent and professional communication with staff and Dr. Kalladanthyil. Very respectful and accommodating office. Wide range of insurance carries accepted. Large selection of styles/brands of frames. We (my daughter, wife and myself) are very happy with the service provided. Ann kallandanthyil was so helpful Ive been all around the state of Illinois with the best eye doctors no eye doctor could explain to me why I couldnt see outta my left eye until Ann told me I have a scar I recommend this place to everyone looking for a good caring doctor that cares about her patients its clean they have all name brands frames 5 stars

Conveniently located, easy scheduling, very helpful doctor and staff, really good selection of frames, and great prices. The doctor actually helped me pick out a frame that fit my face well and it took less than two weeks to get them in. I will definitely be back next year.
