The Westgrove Team has provided me expert, friendly and compassionate, care since 2008. One year Dr Nagy returned my call for what I thought was an emergency. He calmly helped me understand that I was experiencing a temp condition - I believe it was an ocular migraine. It was only later that I learned he had returned my call while on vacation - I think from the beach! Last month, after having two cataract surgeries, I became frustrated with my vision and with having to wait for a new lens prescription. Dr Nagy offered me a safety net where I could get new lenses but with the offer of replacing them at no extra cost if my prescription changed. Superficially yet important, I enjoy getting compliments on my frames throughout the years. I recommend this business, where everyone knows your name!

I went to see Dr. Nagy for my yearly eye visit as a new patient. He was pleasant and did a complete exam. However, he performed an OCT retina scan without informing me that it was not included in my vision exam insurance and that there would be an additional $32 charge for it. Had I known, I would have refused the exam. I do not appreciate the lack of transparency as to the charges of my visit and during my exam, I was led to believe that every part of the routine eye exam was covered by the copay for my insurance. I paid the extra $32 but will not be returning to see Dr. Nagy or referring any of my friends or acquaintances to him. Make sure you ask if there are additional charges to your visit above what insurance pays if you are thinking of going here.

I went to Westgrove Vision for my first pair of bifocals. I got Progressive lenses which I am pleased with. Dr. Nagy is an excellent optometrist with a friendly staff. Theresa helped me choose a pair of frames that are appropriate and attractive. I highly recommend Dr. Nagy.
