I have been using Family Eyecare for the last five years and it has been a great experience. Everything is explained to you not only by the doctors but the staff as well. Their old office was not a showplace however the new office has had a lot of thought put into it in both its eye appeal but its functionality as well. Have been confident that I will get not only a diagnosis but multiple alternatives to try as well. In closing the best thing that I can say about the practice is that I have entrusted one of the most precious things that I have and that is the eye care of my daughter as well.

I have been going to Family Eye Care of Lockport for several years now. The new location is much bigger and decorated nicely, very inviting. There are plenty of options as far as frames go and it is a painless process, even the insurance end believe it or not. Everyone is very knowledgeable and trained properly in customer service as well as technical abilities. The staff is amazing and always jumps at the chance to assist. Dr. John Fron is a skilled professional and is always kind and helpful. A very pleasant annual experience all the way around.

Dr Fron and his staff have been taking care of mine and my familys vision needs for over 15 years. They treat us as if we are family. I was having difficulty seeing clearly with my other provider and was recommended by a co-worker. Best decision I ever made. I was once out of state when I lost my contacts. I was able to see an optometrist there, who after my exam, gave me the exact same prescription contacts as Dr Fron had been giving me. I have been nothing but satisfied with the care and products I have been receiving.

We love the folks at Family Eye Care of Lockport! My family of 5 (me, my wife, and our 3 adult children) have been coming in to see John regularly since our kids were small. We have ALWAYS received excellent care, attention and service. They have a wonderful office and all of our visits are very relaxed and comfortable. Very professional and caring! Dr. John Fron takes time to explain things and always reassures me he is available if I have any other questions. Just Call! The Staff is wonderful as well!!!! They are honest and very helpful when picking out your eye glasses. I feel very confident going to the Family Eye Care of Lockport. PS I took my children to Dr. Fron. My adult children continue to go to Family Eye Care and Dr. Fron.

We started going to Lockport Family Eye Care a few years ago. We have been VERY pleased and happy with the service. There are 5 of us in our family that wear either contacts or glasses. Weve seen both Drs and have had good experiences from both of them. Their staff is always friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to refer people to their office and I do!

Dr. Fron is excellent. My family and I have been going to see him for close to 20 years. I still go back to see him even though Ive moved to Chicago. His staff is kind and courteous and they also have a decent selection of frames and lenses in stock.

Appointment is always on time, no waiting. Receptionist always friendly. Dr. Jon very professional and easy to talk to. Ordered glasses on Monday they where ready on Friday. Everything done at the same office. I highly recommend family eyecare!
