Years ago I purchased a really expensive set of Silhouette Frames from an eyeglass store that was in Southridge Mall. Yesterday my cat got a hold of the glasses and ripped off the nose cushions and one of the rubber pieces that covers the part of the frames that go around your ears. The store I bought them from at the Mall went out of business so I stopped in at the Wisconsin Vision Center on 20th and Layton because I live nearby. They had the parts to fix my glasses and were super friendly. On top of that they didnt charge me anything and I didnt even buy the glasses there. Im going to make sure that I buy glasses from there from now on. ;-)

I would never go to this location again. Staff barely even wanted to help assist in helping pick out frames that my insurance would cover. She kept telling me to pick witch ever and I litterly had to call my insurance to find out my price coverage. I also heard them talk really bad about another costumer behind their check in desk while I was paying my copay. Very unprofessional! Greenfield location is better

Will never go here again. The doctor was very nice. The staff was not they like to pick and choose what parts of your insurance they will submit. Called my insurance company and they told me they cannot do that. My insurance company called wisconsin vision and they still wouldnt. My insurance company is calling corporate. They wouldnt even explain why they just said they would not.

Called and asked for my prescription over the phone 2 weeks ago. They said they would mail it but still havent gotten it. My glasses are in half. I cant drive or work or take care of my kids without my glasses.
