I really cant begin to describe the disbelief I have with this pediatricians office. Let me begin by saying that my husband really was not for this office from the beginning but I chose to give them the benefit of the doubt. Yes, the doctor is OVERWHELMINGLY happy, she would even hug me when she saw me (which is part of the reason I stayed)...another thing...yes...the waiting time will take HOURS, this is not an exaggerating comment...again...because of the DR. and the DR. only I would stay. Her husband, does seem to have the worst personality and phone etiquette imaginable. Yes...the phones are never answered, you always have to leave a message, but yes, they will call back. This is indeed a patricians office that if your kids gets sick, please do not hesitate to call this office (which is pathetic, you should be able to call your doctor when your kids get sick) they have appointments into next week and EVERY SINGLE TIME my kids got sick they went straight to the E.R. because this office never had anything available. This is more of a "take-your-kids-every-time they-need-shots-and-MAYBE-the-occasional-wellness-check-up" type of office, otherwise they will not be able to see your kids. Well, this same doctors office sent me a letter in the mail to notify me that (and I quote),"cannot be my childrens primary care physician because my children required "SPECIAL TREATMENT"...ummmm....??? I was never in there besides the shots, because yes, the other times that my kids were in the hospital it was because they could never schedule in an appointment for them...so this statement really confused me...and then to have a letter stating that we were "TERMINATED" really upset me because I was one of the people originally rooting for this place and remaining customer despite the cleanliness of this place and the language barrier of HALF of the staff...I am disappointed in this place...DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE...they are better taken care of at the nearest emergency room...or youll be in my situation...trying to find another pediatrician a WHOLE year after your baby was born...

I would give them a 0 star if possible! My last experience with them was when I asked the receptionist when my second daughters first appointment was (Since they would not see me prior to that date even after I asked them to see her because of a worsening cough, later we found out she had mild pneumonia) and they acted unprofessional by saying they had canceled it without my permission, while also not giving me any notification of them doing so. As any mother would be, I was upset and demanded to speak to the doctor, whom Id not spoken to weeks prior. When they refused and I wanted to check on the progress of my eldest daughters results, before I even got to talk to the nurse the receptionist gets up and very sternly tells me that I cant go back there and that my daughters and I should leave. To make matters worse he opens the door, motions me to exit, tells me to never return and to look for a new doctor for both of my girls... they left my eldest daughter in the middle of an allergy treatment with no news over her blood results. A few days after that i received a letter about how the relationship with a doctor and patient should be positive, while that might have been the closest thing to professional, it seemed strange that they would send me that letter when neither of my daughters nor myself had seen the doctor in weeks and when I did it was far from a negative visit. The doctor was great and very thorough when examining my eldest girl but their level of professionalism is utterly embarrassing to myself and to the practice.

The male receptionist is absolutely horrible. I had huge problems with him weeks ago calling me racist names in Spanish on the phone, then as I was waiting at the front for my toddlers results, he started being rude to me. I told him that is not an OK way to talk to customers, and he told me of I didnt like it, I could find a new Doctor. I told him I would talk to the doctor, not him, and waited for the test results. I then asked the female clerk for his information so I could file a complaint about his behavior. He jumped up to the window and started screaming that I dont need that info. He told me to get out, called the police, then filed a criminal trespassing charge against me for just waiting to get my sons test results! My 9 year old and 2 year old witnessed the whole thing, and have been crying all day. They are terrified to go back to any doctor, ever.

Dr Anna was the best pediatrician Ive had for my son now Im struggling to find someone as careing as she was, she is absolutely wonderful with kids and checks then from head to toe.. And her staff as wonderful as well. But one thing I didnt like is when my son would get sick they dont answer the phone right away. You have to leave a message and wait for them to call you back. She send a letter in the mail and said she would no longer be willing to be my care physician and will have to look for someone else.. But other than that she was wonderful with my son..

Dr.Ana Valdez and Dr. Taylor are simply amazing! Along with all of the nurses and office staff! They are all so friendly and welcoming. I love this office. I hope I never have to find another doctor for my boys. They dont make you feel rushed at all,they answer all of your questions. They are good about getting appointments. And Ive never had a very long wait. They also have a lab in office so they can do almost everything. I. Cant say enough good things about Loving Care Pediatrics!

My gfs daughter has to get her allergy shots here, and these people are GREAT!! Excellent with kids, good atmosphere, suckers and small toys to keep their spirits up. Dr Anna Valdez is incredible and so very kind. 2 new computers for the kiddos to play on in the waiting room, plus a TV playing kids shows. 10/10

Exelent dr,exelent people.i take all my 4 kids there from 3 years ago and i never have any complains or any issues with anything.if u ever meet dr.Ana Valdez,u will never regreat.best loving care pediatrician on all dallas fort worth area.stronly recomended if u care about your childrens health.
