Dr. Valdes just ignored a horrible situation happening when a male receptionist grabbed my toddlers arm and I told him to stop. The male receptionist is absolutely horrible. I had huge problems with him weeks ago calling me racist names in Spanish on the phone, then as I was waiting at the front for my toddlers results, he started being rude to me. I told him that is not an OK way to talk to customers, and he told me of I didnt like it, I could find a new Doctor. I told him I would talk to the doctor, not him, and waited for the test results. I then asked the female clerk for his information so I could file a complaint about his behavior. He jumped up to the window and started screaming that I dont need that info. He told me to get out, called the police, then filed a criminal trespassing charge against me for just waiting to get my sons test results! My 9 year old and 2 year old witnessed the whole thing, and have been crying all day. They are terrified to go back to any doctor, ever. If she employs people like that, I do NOT recommend her.

We LOVE it here! Dr. Valdes is the BEST! Her staff(both in office & medical) are the BEST! We ALWAYS feel welcome! Each child gets personalized recognition and treatment. Caring, Trustworthy, and Extremely Knowledgeable. Loving Care Pediatrics is a 10!!!!!!!!!!

Just an amazing doctor.. the whole staff is just friendly and caring!! My kids feel at home with family (I seriously mean that) when we have our appointments!! The best ever! :-) :-)
