I usually never give reviews online, but feel the need to in this case. My 8.5 month old son was seen for weird rash, runny nose, and cough this weekend. He was diagnosed with a double ear infection, strep throat, and the possibility of MEASLES (although he had no fever). Imagine my horror. Took him to his regular pediatrician first thing on Monday morning and he actually just has an upper respiratory virus (explaining the cough) and the rash is an allergic reaction to the amoxicillin that he had been on the previous week to treat an ear infection. She said they dont even test babies for strep. I was so upset that the PA that diagnosed him over the weekend did not even mention the possibility of an amoxicillin rash, although she knew he had been on that antibiotic for a week. On a positive note, however, the PA was very nice and there was no wait when we got there.. we were seen within minutes of arriving and staff was very kind. Just wish the outcome could have been different.

My daughter is running fever since this morning. She is under Medicaid and since we just got to Texas from the east coast she didnt have a pediatrician. I called these people to ask them if they take new patients with Medicaid someone answered the phone to say no we dont take Medicaid and she hung up. After that I realized that one of there picture on Google says they do accept Medicaid. I called back to make sure that she really understood what I said... At first she answered the phone to say oh no as soon as I said hello and hung up. I kept calling thinking it was maybe a mistake and seeing my daughter crying and coughing and they hanging up the phone. One advice for you: if you dont want to work quit! There is so many people out there looking for job or close your office and take off your ad on Google cause if I didnt see it I wouldnt even called you damn it

Very friendly and caring staff. My daughter had fallen off the monkey bars at school and hit her head and neck. They checked her from head to toe and did some X-Rays. The Dr there was concerned about part of the spine she saw in the X-Ray and wanted to get anothet professional opinion to make sure everything was good, and no fractures, before sending us home. Spent 3 hours up there, but it was worth waiting for the "ok" that your childs neck isnt fractured before sending us on our way. Better safe than sorry. Would recommend this place to other parents.

Well dont know how people b saying that in less then 10mint they call you name when we were in the waiting area 20 mint then they call us brought us to the room, then took all the info why we were here did a strep throat test on my grandson and told us they b back with the results in 10mint but we been here waiting in the room now for more then 40mint waiting on the results and the doctor..so I dont know why people b saying that it doesnt take too its my first time but I dont think I would come back.!!!!!

We are out of town only came for a few days to attend six flags and my daughter got sick over night we walked in here the lady in the front helped and was patient since I didnt have all the information to check my daughter in the staff in the back was very helpful and nice the doctor was also very helpful and answered all our questions next thing we know its time to go the fastest clinic I ever been to. I wish I lived here to bring my kids every time they get sick

My husband i took my son here yesterday and EVERYONE was so sweet and caring .. This was the most caring office we ever walked into... from the receptionist to the nurses. . We thank you for being so caring.. Very clean, very professional yet personal with us and the well being of our son.. we wish this place could be our kids pediatrician office. We just fell in love wit them.. we were in and out in a timely manner as well... thank you to the whole staff again.

So glad this place is close to home! The lady at the desk was very nice, greeted us when we came in and took our information quickly! The wait time was super short, 5 mins..if that. The Dr. was very personable and easy to talk to, assessed what my concern was quickly and accurately! They have a pharmacy right next door which makes getting them filled that much more easy! They accepted our insurance, which was a huge plus! Would definitely recommend!

I took my son here because he was complaining about a sore throat. They only took a throat culture and did nothing else. The nurse practitioner heard my son had a cough and did no other testing. The next day I had to take my baby to another hospital because he was still feeling bad. & that is when I found out he has pneumonia. I will never take my son back to this place ever again Ill just keep going to Grand Prairie ER.

I brought my daughter to the Arlington clinic after she hurt her shoulder. From the moment we walked in everyone was so kind and professional. Dr Zimmerman took time to listen to us and was very knowledgable. They even called us the next day to ask how my daughter was doing! Something I didnt expect from an urgent care clinic. The clinic is clean and the staff is great! I will definitely come here again.

The staff was awesome as usual. We were in and out just like we always are. They have always provided excellent urgent care for my 2 daughters. I took my youngest daughter(2) after having an allergic reaction to antibiotics and they handled her with such care and were very attentive to us panicking parents as well. I love this place!!!!

Great experience!!! We were out in a timley manner, such a friendly atmosphere, the doctor saw both of my children at the same time with no trouble. The doctor answered all of my questions without feeling like i was being rushed out of the clinic. I will definitely be coming back here when needed!

Staff was great!..they truly cared about us and we had a fast check in..my son was being difficult so the front desk brought documents to me to sign..This was a small emergency were I opted to try them verses the emergency room..so glad I did, it was faster, easier and nicer. THANK YOU!

The customer service skills is great, check in is nice and easy and no long wait which is great feels like we are in and out and the nurse practitioner is so nice, funny and gentle with my son. So convenient not having to miss work and still get awesome service. Definitely going back.

I have been here about 3 times and I can say Ive been Extremely satisfied with their service. Each time Ive came Ive not had a long wait time the staff is super friendly and professional. Though theyre have not been too busy eveytime Ive gone. Would highly recommend this place!
