First, Dr. Harpavat is a fantastic doctor. She is sweet, caring, and has taken great care of my daughters for years. BUT... the office staff us often short and unfriendly, the wait time in the afternoon can be hours, and the non-medical "fees" have become a nuisance to say the least. You even have to pay for a copy of your own childs shot records. So any time a medical form is needed or records for your childs school or daycare - dont bother asking for it without your card ready to go. The fees have happened gradually, but have become ridiculous today. 6 years ago I would have told anyone that would listen how wonderful this place is. Today, Im sadly on the hunt for another pediatrician. As most everyone knows... its expensive enough to pay for your childs health care. Adding silly non-medical fees on top of that is my last straw.

If you are visiting this area dont go here. The place where you have pay upfront for the service. I had to process the claim myself to insurance. The billing information did not had enough information & claim got rejected. I asked them to re-submit the claim this process takes about 1 month. Lot of pain to go trough. This is the first place in USA where you pay out of pocket although you have insurance.

I had a great experience here. My son absolutely loved Dr. Harpavat and the nurses were very gentle when it came time for shots. They were very kid friendly, and the waiting room had a nice little play area. Definitely coming back!

No Problems - The staff can get short on the phone but nothing major. My kids have been seeing Dr. Harpavat for over 6 years. She trusts the parents opinion and she does a thorough exam.
