If there was the possibility to rate them 0 stars I would , because this had been the worst experience Ive ever had with a doctor ,very bad hygiene in the medical appliances , the staff is very rude , its almost impossible to get appointments , it took me 3 months to get an appointment and when I finally did they cancelled it and said we called you once and you havent answered , they called while I was in a meeting so I was planning on calling back once out , my daughter needed immediate medical attention and they didnt care !! Do not take your kids there , thank god I have found another doctor who is very attentionate and professional and could not be happier !!

Wow! I thought the other reviews about the staff at Dr. Krones office were a bit strong, but after speaking to (she didnt identify herself, but was an older woman with a hispanic accent), I realize they were being kind! This woman immediately copped an attitude with me and advised me that children under 6 years of age do NOT get afternoon appointments, regardless of a parents work schedule and that if I dont like it, its NOT her problem. The doctors in this office should seriously consider sending her to a class on professionalism (or fire her, better yet) because they are losing a great deal of business due to her lack of class and manners!

Kidsstop dental wanted to put several stainless steel crowns on my 6year olds teeth...and dr krone is able to do teeth colored fillings instead. I live in ft worth but made the drive to get her second opinion and it was WELL WORTH IT!!! I love her and and all her staff!!! I hope to keep her as primary dentist!

They are amazing, I have 3 rowdy and hyper children and this was there first time at the dentist. They were gentle and knew exactly how to handle my babies and made sure that they were comfortable. Im so ecited about having them as the kids dentist.

This place is very unprofessional and rude. They claimed they called me twice the day before to confirm the appointment for the next day, but I never received a call. So after driving all the way there they were rude and would not see me.

I have used Dr. Krone as my childrens dentist for many years. She has a top rated staff and she is great. I would never consider using anyone else.
