Well the very first time we met her i felt very belittled. She made me feel less than a mother. I chalked it up to hormones...a year later NOPE still with her higher than thou attitude. Grandmother is very involved in our lives and she has treated her like crap both times she had to take her grandbabies there. Jordan and taylor have always been awesome. Dr. Fikkert comes in with her little lap top and types off a check list and never personlizes with me. NOT to mention EVERYTIME they were sick we could not get in so we had to go to urgent care. So with that being said i just wanted their records faxed over to another practice and they try and charge a fee!!! Please tell me why you want to charge 70$ to fax a copy of 2 records that have only been with you for 1 year??????? NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN.

My 3 little ones love Dr. Stacy Gibson-Hull. She is great with kids and always has time for my questions. Her nurse Susie is also good with kids and calls me back in a reasonable amount of time anytime I have a question. Some of my friends see the other doctor in the office (Fikkert) and really like that Dr as well. It can take some time to get an appointment for a well child check up because they are busy but they are good about working you in for same day sick appointments. Their wait time is usually not more than maybe 5-10 minutes. If I wait longer its usually because we are a late day sick work in appointment. They even have some Saturday hours for sick visits so you dont have to go to an ER just because its the weekend. I highly recommend Dr. Hull.

So Im new patient never had an appointment previously. Military family. Just came back last night from a 20 hour drive from Virgina. I had scheduled an appointment a moth ago and I called 15 min late asking if I can still be seen I lost track of time. I have two kids. And they said no and I have to pay $50 for being late and re-schedule!!! Please dont waist Time here. Sad for a small office to do that.

I too felt belittled and degraded by this doctor upon meeting her and they referred me to a specialist that couldnt see my child for another 2 months, then when i asked for a different referral, they told me they didnt have one and i had to take it upon myself to find one through my insurance. they were no help.

Our child has been with Dr. Fikkert for years. She has always been up-front with information and answers, and treated our child with the best of care. Highly recommended.
