I totally planned on making this my sons new Dr. office. But after one visit, we will never return. To save you some reading, Im not going to list all the issues...Im just going to list the one that could have seriously hurt my child. The front desk delays health care needlessly just because they can. They not only lack professionalism, but they lack training and the manner in which they conduct business could cause harm to their patients. At the very least, it lacks serious moral judgment when you delay the diagnosis of a child because you dont like his mother. I would bet the Doctor has no idea her staff are doing this to people, as the Doctor was very knowledgeable and pleasant. Heres my story: Full disclosure, I was irritated and not the friendliest when I called for the 3rd time that morning, as not one single person in the very small office knew the name of the lab they use daily...the lab the Doctor told me to take my son. It wasnt written in the notes and apparently the staff couldnt figure out the name of the lab they use. That literally should have been a two word,10 second conversation, but instead it took them two days to call me back. And in return for my less than pleasant attitude, they made it deliberately difficult to schedule my sons appointment at the lab. When the front desk called me back, she told me this is the process: "We will call the lab for you. The lab should probably call you back in a week or so, after they verify your insurance. They will then schedule your son, probably out another week. If they dont call you back in a week, call us and we will call them for you. So it will take at least two weeks to find out if your son is okay unfortunately." That was said to me in a very snotty manner. So, I decided to kill them with kindness instead and when I responded nicely, she then gave me additional information "...or, you can call the lab yourself and schedule the appointment today. They will book it out far enough to make sure your insurance is verified." Why wouldnt that be the ONLY information they give the patient? The convoluted two week process was unnecessary entirely and she knew it. Worth noting, when I called the lab...it was seamlessly simple and they set up an appt. two days out, not two weeks out like the first suggested manner. She had no intention of giving me that extra information, it was an after thought when I softened my tone. No matter if the customer is frustrated or pleasant or downright awful, when it comes to life and death of their child...you shouldnt delay that process by weeks out of spite. Unconscionable.

Apollo a sido la oficina de doctor mas professional que eh antendido. Mi esposo y yo vamos los dos juntos y nos dan cita juntos, que es muy conveniente. Desde la recepsonista hasta las ayudantes de doctor son muy amables y se preocupan de sus pacientes primero que nada. La doctora es amable y toma todo el tiempo que ocupo sin apresurasion. estoy muy contenta con mi experencia

I Love Apollo Physicians. Staff is amazing and very professional and well trained. They respond to phones promptly and follow up. I was surprised to receive a follow up call next day after my visit, and they asked me about my visit and if I had everything I need (Medication orders, lab orders etc..). I have been to many doctors, never ever has anyone called back asking me about visit and if I needed anything. I am able to get appointments same day or next day with an MD Doctor. Dr. Tiwana is really great and knowledgeable. She listened to me and we spent almost 25 minutes discussing my problems. I was so relieved after this. Great experience. Highly recommended. Office setting and building is also great.

I am so enlightened and appreciative for the excellent caring staff at Apollo Physicians. They are very flexible, courteous, knowledgeable and willing to assist with A sense of urgency. Doctor Jaspreet Tiwana, MD is absolutely amazing she solved the problem to numerous serious medical issues that I was having. Medical assistant Roxy rocks just like her name! Andy is warm with A very nice smile. I am very afraid of injections with extreme phobia of needles being administered to me, the nurse made me feel so comfortable and relaxed she injected me without me even feeling A slight pinch, I can go on and on about the wonderful staff Kudos, Kudos and more Kudos!!!! Love the team here at the office they are all very friendly and helpful. After visiting 3 doctors at Mercy and not getting the proper treatment Dr. Panesar and his team not only listened to my medical concerns but gave the time and effort to help. I am so grateful to have found this facility and would encourage anyone to come visit the location if you want TLC and to be treated as a person and not a patient. The staff is very warming and Dr. Panesar treats me as if I am the only patient in the office. Thanks for all the help with my medical needs and concerns :) I will refer as many as I can.

I cannot say enough about these wonderful people who are only a call away and who will do anything and everything they can to help you, especially doing their absolute best to work around your schedule, not vice versa. Ive gone there multiple times and have never had to wait more than a day or so to be seen. The doctors listen to you and are exceedingly kind.The other people who work there, nurses, and the front desk staff are helpful and always have a smile for you. Will continue to see the Apollo Physicians team indefinitely!

the staff treat you with kindness and professionalism that surpasses a 5 star mark. Dr. paramjit is extremely thorough with his examinations and check ups and when i leave there i feel extremely satisfied that all my questions were answered and more. i have C.H.F and i am very picky when it comes to doctors and physicians.truth is.. i hate going to the doctors. but this place made me feel at home and relaxed . love my doc and his staff.. #1 in my book

I was leary about seeing another physician,due to seeing my prior physician for over 7yrs. Once I came to Apollo Physicians Medical and seen Dr. Panesar, the way he goes over your appointment with you and gives you in detail your appointment review, well Ive told other family member. Who now are seeing Dr. Panesar. I welcome anyone to come to this office, very welcoming Assistants, and physicians.

Dr. Tiwana is a great physician. She takes the time necessary to become familiar with who you are, is truly concerned about what you are going through, and has the care & compassion to help. The rest of the staff I have met are very welcoming and friendly as well. I would recommend Apollo Physicians if you arw looking for a new physician.

Excellent service, very good doctor connection with patient. Prompt response to medication refill and other needs. Gained lot of trust with them as its hard to change doctors. Dr tiwana listens and spends time. Love the after visit summary report. Front office staff very nice and welcome with smile
