My husband and I decided to try this vet this year after another local vet completely dropped the ball with our cat following an emergency visit. I was extremely surprised by how friendly and professional and, most importantly, CLEAN this place was. While I did do a lot of waiting in the exam room with my cat, first to see the vet and then to get the results back from some bloodwork, the nurses and even the vet himself made a point to keep popping in and let me know we "hadnt been forgotten" and to ask if we needed anything. Unlike a lot of vets, everyone at this place seems to go out of their way to make sure you understand everything; the procedures, the cost, nothing gets sprung on you and they have always spent as much time as I needed with me to answer any questions, never once seeming impatient about it. The only "problem" we had was during the first visit when they needed to draw blood from my cat, and bundled him in a towel and put some sort of velcro hood over his face because hes such a big guy and I think they were concerned about how hed take it. He was more freaked out by the hood/towel treatment than the needle, I think. When he had his follow up two weeks ago, the vet remembered him and decided because my cat was so relaxed and gentle, he didnt need to be restrained at all... blood was drawn without incident and my cat didnt seem to care at all. In fact, he really seems comfortable there; he lounges on the table and loves all the attention and pets he gets. He has another follow-up on Monday and I expect hell be happy to see everyone. Ultimately, in my limited experience with the people here I found them to be the friendliest, warmest, and all-around most professional vets Ive ever encountered. I dont feel like Im being kept in the dark about the services performed, and, above all, am reassured by how clean the place is (waiting and exam areas).

I am deeply, deeply troubled by the experience I had on Friday. Were a low income family and used the county voucher system to get our male cat neutered. We dropped him off at 7:30am and were called at 3pm to come and get him. By the time we got him home, we knew something was very, very wrong. We rushed Daniel to our regular vet (Boyette Animal Hospital) where they told us it was a botched neuter job. The neuter site was a mess, Daniel had been over sedated, he was dehydrated, and his white blood count was already climbing alarmingly high. They had to shake him to get him to respond to them. He was in a lot of pain, but had been given no pain medication to manage it. By the time our vet had tended to the mess our cat was left in--antibiotic injection, anti-inflammatory injection, sub-q fluids, pain medication--we were out an additional $350 we didnt have. I know our vet took down the clinics information and planned to contact someone about the state Daniel was in when he was returned to us, and we also plan to contact the county to lodge a complaint. We had vouchers for our other cats and appointments set up for them with this clinic, but after Daniels botched procedure (and such a basic procedure!), we will be cancelling those appointments and going back to the Humane Society where we have NEVER had such hellish results.

We took our cat in after a battle with another vets office. I wont even touch into that. She had cancer and the vets we took her too before said she just had asthma. When we took her here Dr.Sanchez was wonderful. We talked about holistic treatment and he was very pleased with our decision and informed us more about it. We also talked about her life quality and what we should look for to make a decision. Shortly after our visit she had gotten worse and couldnt even stand anymore, we knew then it was time. I will not take my pets anywhere else, now that I found them. Ive been to many places, The Humane Society, Animal coalition of tampa, All About Animals(THE WORST), Kindness Animal hospital and probably a few more, but this places has been the most sincere and really cared about my cats well being.

We took our cat Lucky in for the first time and I was impressed with th cleanliness and staff. I saw Dr R not Dr S. Right away he diagnosed the problem and after I left (Lucky stayed) Dr R called me personally a few hour later and explained everything in complete detail. I liked how he wasnt trying to be speedy and trying to get me off the phone. He answered e dry question I had. They also allowed us to stop by and see him before they closed. I would definitely recommend them for your pets.

I love both Dr. Sanchez and Dr. Rodriguez for their amazing care they took for both of our puppies! They will check every square inch on their bodies at their check up and when my puppy was sick Dr. Rodriguez gave us a personal phone call on his time to check on them! I would recommend to anyone, and i would not trade vets for the world! The staff is also very carrying and kind and they are the same people which means that they all work great as a team! Thank you all for what you do!

He is that amazing. I thank God for giving me an amazing vet for my pets and a friend for life. God bless Dr. Sanchez and his loving staff I miss you all but am praying for you everyday,

Generally, this office is adequate. The Doc himself is a kind, compassionate man, and has assisted us with humane euthanasia of 3 of our beloved fur babies. Today, a different story and Im deeply disappointed with the actions, and non-actions of the scheduling staff, receptionist and office procedures regarding a routine, non-emergency, scheduled surgery.

Dr. Sanchez is an amazing Vet with a big heart. He genuinely cares about animals and it shows. He has been my Vet for almost 20 years. I appreciate him staying small and not adding more Vets to the practice. Dr. Sanchez knows all my dogs by name and they love going to see him and his wonderful staff. I would not hesitate recommending Dr. Sanchez.

They routinely stay after hours to take care of emergencies, treat your pets with care, and can always work you in very quickly if youre having an issue with your pet. I recently lost my VERY special needs dog and never would have trusted another vet with his care. If you want a vet who is sensitive, experienced, and informed, go to Dr. Sanchez!
