I would like to express our special gratitude to Dr. Merkle, who has been my chocolate lab vet for the last 5 years. We followed her from Brandon to Lakeland because we couldnt imagine anyone treating Charlie better. She and her staff have been great. When Charlie stopped being able to walk she suggested experimental treatment that worked for him and instead of using a dogs wheelchair he was able to walk. Unfortunately, we had to let Charlie go recently. The experience, which was very traumatic for us was made better by Dr. Merkle and her stuff.

We had never been here before, but when my little kitten dislocated her pelvis, we ran up to Banfield less than an hour before they closed on a Saturday and they took her in and took care of her. They took x-rays and put her hip back in place...Doctor Merkle took her time to explain everything to us. You can tell they really care about your pet. I will be back, for sure! Thank you to the whole staff there :)
