My puppy broke her leg on a holiday weekend, with little options I chose this vet. The office was very nice as well as the friendly staff. However, the office is very small with limited waiting room area, exam rooms and outside parking. After Xrays the Dr came out to the waiting area and insisted that my puppy undergo a $3,000+ surgery on the following Monday. I was then brought back to the exam room to view the Xray. After having a look for myself I decided Id wait and talk with the specialist on monday and possibly go the route of a splint/cast instead. Right as I finished paying my bill the Dr popped her head around the corner and said "we went ahead and drew blood for the surgery on monday" (dog was still in back having splint put on leg) I didnt realized until I got home and looked at my detailed bill that I was charged a extra $130 for the blood draw. I felt that they had no right to do that without my consent. The staff was also aware that surgery wasnt a positive. I came in Monday and choose to keep the dog splinted. Even if I had chose surgery, I found out their specialist wasnt going to be in for the entire week and I would need to find my own?? They also refused to refund my money. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and have been back twice to have a new splints put on. I generally do not care for the attitude of Dr. Pepin. After my most recent visit we will not be back to this office. My pup will be under the care of another vet for the duration of this healing process.

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience here. When we first arrived the techs were very friendly and so was the vet! I liked them so much, I was going to take my animals to there that I just adopted. The downside was that the vet misdiagnosed my kitten. She took an X-ray and clearly pointed to a "fracture." She also stated that the radiologist that read the image also stated that in his notes. We quickly took our kitten to an ED and they took great care of her! They were confused why we came in because the radiologist notes did not state that there was a break. We had them take a couple more X-rays and our kitten did not have a fracture. She had a little inflammation by her joint but that was all. She was running around find the next day. The only reason I am posting this review is so this doesnt happen to someone else. We greatly appreciate tender loving care for trying to take care of our kitten while there, but the misdiagnoses is what has turned us away from this vet. It put our kitten through more stress than needed and also scared us as the owners.

Dr. Pepin and her team are non stop-amazing. You and your pets are known individually and not as just an appointment. The beyond excellent medical care is equaled by the technical care, and office staff. The practice is equipped with state of the art veterinary equipment and you can access your pets medical history and info from the TLC website. Dr. Pepin and her staff give you all the time and attention that is necessary to address your pets health issue or routine preventative care. Dr. Pepin is a Veterinary Surgeon of excellence in my opinion, and Im a RVT. I trust her and her team members infinitely with the Veterinary Care of my furry troop. She has literally brought my SC Fox Terrier, Flower, from the brink of death two separate times. I am so grateful to have TLC only a mile or so away from my home. You will feel the warm, welcoming atmosphere when you step into the front door of this one in a million Veterinary Practice.

I came in for my app. at 4:30 left 6pm. My puppy had bad wounds on the sides of his head, and what first tell me is you need to redo all your vaccines and well send you home with a lab test cup that he would pee in and you bring it back, and the medication of one dose he will go home today... Wait wait, did I come here for what you want me to start doing or did I come for one reason? To get his sick wound to be healed! Thats the last they talked to me about was the ointment, I was unhappy to get charged at the front desk for 2 injections that didnt happen, and you forgot to take it off. I did not come in with a full wallet to pay you extra. Ointment was 31$ Its used for ear infection... This better work for his wound thats infected. Go to the medical clinic, and get cheaper bills. I should of done that in the first place!

I cant say enough wonderful things about Dr. Pepin and her wonderful staff! Like all animal lovers out there your pet is a huge part of your family, and when our dog Buddy was hurting and could barely walk Dr. Pepin and all of her staff took such great care of our furry friend. Not only was Dr. Pepin compassionate and sympathetic to our needs, she took the time to explain everything to me so I could make an educated decision. Dr. Pepin also took the time to call me at home every day to check on Buddys progress. I feel that speaks volumes on her commitment and dedication to her profession. Dr. Pepin has been our vet for 11 years and I would not take my dog to anyone else.

We walked in with our 16 year old dog with no appointment. She was very ill - They didnt know us, shed never been there; but they made arrangements to see her that day. They explained everything (including the cost) to us and let us make informed choices without trying to pressure us into anything. Our beloved Nellie was put to sleep that day which was most difficult. We were all treated with compassion and understanding. Im so glad we chose to go to TLC that day. They helped us through a very very difficult time.

I went to this vet because my cat had been exposed to mange and was showing symptoms of it. I appreciate the fact that the vet wanted to do everything that they could, but the cost of all the extra things that she wanted to do was NEVER discussed with me. I ended up walking out the door spending over $230 when I went in expecting to pay the $53 visit charge, and the cost of medication. They should be discussing cost as well as treatment, not just assuming that we all are willing to pay anything for a pet.

Recently had moved to Medina and my kitty got sick. Saw the good reviews and decided to give this vet a try. Dr. Pepin was so kind and treated us like family. She also didnt try to push other products and treatments like some vets do. It was nice not to be bombarded with extra expenses. Overall she and her staff did a great job and we will be returning. Prices were pretty good too.

We (our cat) were given thorough and lengthy service. Dr. Pepin is knowledgeable and very willing to share that knowledge. My cat was diagnosed with diabetes and Dr. Pepin gave me everything I needed in the way of instructions to be able to give him a shot correctly. We go forward from here with new-found confidence.
