Horrible... Took my cat there, my cat ended up having cancer. So he got put down.. Already put $300 down on him. And in order for me to pick up my cat to bury him, they said I have to pay another $300 .. just to bring him home and lay him to rest!! Tell them you dont have the money right away, and they say theyre keeping YOUR cat till you can pay them! Just let me bring him home and bury the poor thing!!! Terrible! Took my dog there a few months ago as well, took x-rays and everything and couldnt find out what was wrong with him, charged us an arm and a leg for them to find NOTHING! bring him home and he pooped out a rubber band! They couldnt find anything!!! You are a terrible vet!!!!! Id rather let an animal pass away in the comfort of its own home instead of laying dead in your clinic!!! Heartless people. Thats all that vet is filled with!!

Nice place-very clean and attentive staff. Had an issue with a minor procedure that was performed on 4/11/17, noted it on here, and was surprised to get a call from the office staff within 24 hours of my visit to the Rittman location. I honestly didnt expect a call, so that says a lot about this clinic. I give them a ton of credit for calling to make things right. Based on that call I would recommend them to anyone in the Medina/Rittman/Wadsworth area.

I have a large dog with orthopedic issues. My dog has received excellent care here! Everyone treats my pet with loving care and the veterinarians (Drs Markley and Fitzwater) demonstrate an expertise with orthopedic surgery. And Dr. Jackson...Excellent post op care!! Special thanks to Tara for going out of her way, helping me get my dog in and out of the car! Well done All Creatures. Dont change a thing. Ill never be able to thank you enough.

a few years ago they gave ( male) my dog 3 months to live and refused any surgery. went to a different vet, they operated and he is still alive today. just called to see if they would do an ultrasound of my other (female) dog, they said ONLY if I transfer all records to them, and make them my vet, and wait 2 weeks. my dog is bleeding, cant wait no 2 weeks. and all I wanted to do was to Pay them for an Ultrasound..and diagnosis. SHEESH!

If i could I would give them a zero rating theyou are not helpful when it comes to your pet dying their and wont make payment arrangements so that you can bring your cat home and bury it. They want to hold on to him til you come up with the money I had already put down a 300 dollar depoist.

We take our two larger dogs there. My father-in-law took his dogs and thats how we started going there. They are priced very well, the staff is great and always accommodating. I recommend them to everyone.
