Ive seen Dr. Kenneth Johnston for over 20 years and have loved having him as my PCP. Unfortunately I had an incident recently where I needed to reschedule a wellness exam. Circumstances occurred in life that caused me to miss that exam appointment unfortunately. I actually didnt even have a chance to think about it until I called to make an appointment for something else a couple weeks later. What can i say? Life happened and in my case if was just a crazy few weeks. When i spoke to the scheduling nurse she informed me Id have to pay $25 for missing the appointment. I expressed apologies for missing and explained I didnt really agree with the $25 fee. She advised "its the doctors rule not mine". At this point I asked if they were willing to lose a 20+ year patient over $25 dollars. She said they were. This made me feel so unappreciated as a patient. I have had such a great relationship with Dr. Johnston and the staff but I unfortunately will have to begin the process of finding a new PCP because of someones unwillingness to consider circumstance. Extremely disappointed and have never felt more unappreciated as a patient. This is not a gym membership or a wal-mart return. I hope your staff will take into consideration that theyre dealing with people who have developed long term trust and relationship with their doctors in the future.

I was quite sick and in a lot of pain. I called my doctor over and over again to try and get help. No one called me back. I had an ultra sound and the tech called the doctor I saw here and told him I was in a very serious situation. Still no one called me back. Finally I got in touch with a nurse who told me to go to the ER. I went and ended up very ill and having to have surgery. I had to stay in the hospital much longer than I should have had to. A lot of this could have been prevented if someone would have just called me back and given me some help. This is a fine place to go if you have a sinus infection every now and then but if by some unfortunate circumstance you are very sick dont expect any help from these people.

LOVE DR. TUCKER, NOT THE SCHEDULERS!! They have a policy that if you miss your appointment that they charge you. My appointment was for 3:45.. I arrived at 3:45.. then they tell me I have to pay $25 to reschedule because my appointment was for 8 am the same day and I know it wasnt. I remember asking for a later appointment and i put it in my planner for 3:45 and of course the person who made the appointment is not available. I have NEVER been late for an appointment at this clinic without calling. I will NOT pay this or come back!

LRFPC is well-run and the staff is uniformly helpful and friendly. Ive been going to Dr. Tucker for years. Hes knowledgable, caring, friendly, and professional. The other doctors Ive seen upon occasion were also top notch. The best thing about LRFPC is that they reserve some appointment times every day for patients needing immediate care. Its best to call early in the day, as the appointments go fast at 8:00 a.m., when the switchboard opens. Ill never go anywhere else.

Did not have important medication I needed on hand nor could they obtain it. Charged me for the wrong othosis which was over double the cost of what I was actually given. Billing told me I waited too long to bring this to their attention and I should just pay it because they probably wont be able to back track and find the error. They have too many patients to provide accurate treatments. I do not recommend.

Excessive wait time for appt. Poor communication with other facilities and patients. Excessive wait time for test results. Completely automated system - you will never talk to a real person about your medical care unless you are in your appointment or are able to drop everything you are doing to answer the phone when they call you. Total care system needs some serious work. I will not be back.

Dr Felton is fantastic. Never had a problem with him. Superior bedside manner, and very knowledgeable. Protip: If youre very sick and in a lot of pain, please dont wait to hear back from your doctor. Get to the ER immediately. This is not a reflection on any doctor here, just common sense.

Dr. Felton is my primary care physician. I would recommend him and this practice highly. Also their patient portal for lab work is one of the few that I have found that actually works and is a good way to check your lab results after an appointment.

Very professional peole
