My sister, who was a patient of Dr. Bertroche, received a letter about Dr.Bertroche leaving. However your letter was not professional and left several of her patients hanging, wondering , concerned about their next step & why Dr Bertroche had left?? Your letter was plain rude and uncaring for her patients. My sister was quit upset to say the least. I addressed this concern with Dr. Bertroche myself and was relieved to find out that neither her or a family member were ill and forced her early retirement, but to find out shed excepted a teaching position for interns. Still being able to do what her passion is helping people and now teaching. Not sure who was responsible for this letter that went to the patients but it sure wasnt taking care of them...I do hope you havent caused too many other patients the grief of concern you caused my sister. If you cant handle a simple letter can you really handle health care concerns of those who choose to come to this clinic..RED FLAGS...you put your integrity & honesty at stake here.

I have gone there and taken my mother on several occasions when we couldnt get into our doctor on such short notice. We have never had to wait more than a few minutes. And the service we received has been great! Would highly recommend the Marion care site!

Horrible service. Over an hour n a half for a scheduled appt. And then in a different occurance a matter of life or death they said they cant do prescriptions on the weekend. Neither my family or i will step foot in any mercy again!!

My experience at Marion Mercy Care was good as long as I was using the Urgent Care but when I use the certain doctor there Samantha Clem, I found her to be very unprofessional no compassion and quite possibly a liar and a fraud
