Dr. Jacobsons office is accommodating, kind and flexible. Dr. Jacobson is very down-to-earth and really cares about his patients. I have had a lot of issues with contacts but I still want to be able to wear them, they just called to tell me there is a new brand out that would be better for me - Its nice to know that they care as much as I do!!

Dr. Jacobson may be a wonderful eye doctor - Ill never know. After being treated incredibly rudely by whoever answered the phone I wouldnt bother making an appointment there. Id rather take my business where Im treated well, EVEN on the phone.
