I am disappointed in the practice and policy of this medical group. I called my doctors office 24 hrs ago b/c I am sick with what I think is a sinus infection. The front desk made my appointment for 2 days later. I thought I could hold out. I called this morning to see if they could see me and my regular Dr. and his PA were booked. I asked if there was anyone else I could see the response was no. The policy is that you cannot see another Dr. it needs to be w/ your primary...but she would recommended I go to the Med Post Urgent Care. When I pointed out to her that me going to the Med Post would mean I am seeing a different Dr. so why cant I just come in, again she replied w/ policy. My question is WHY in the world do I have a primary care taker who cannot take care of me when I am sick. If I wanted to end up @ an Urgent Care I wouldnt have found a primary care facility.

Dr. Bauer is one of the best doctors that I have ever been to. He is very thorough and makes sure that he knows your history and why you are there to see him. He is very knowledgeable, he really listens, and has a great bedside manner with his patients. I would highly recommend this doctor.
