I really like dr. jones. He does not rush the appointment. He listens well and provides very thorough answers. being on pain medicine can be horrible, half the time I feel like doctors think I am a pill head, but my pain is real. I do not feel that way with dr jones. I feel like he understands my well. most doctors refuse to do paperwork for certain things. dr jones helped fill out paperwork for getting my student loans discharged due to disability. Of course, I made an appointment just to focus on getting this done. My student loans were discharged!! Several other doctors including my surgeon never got this done for me. He was happy to help with paperwork provided I made an appointment just for that issue, which of course is only fair.

This office was so rude, I wanted to see a new Dr. for my extreme back pain . And all I got from the girl on the phone was a rude attitude.

Dr. Jones is a great doctor, very compassionate, listens to patients. Great office staff.
