Absolutely atrocious service. The office manager was sarcastic and condescending. Roberto De Jesus could care less about my mental state. I reiterated that I have been off my meds for 11days. I felt dismissed and belittled. His mission statement should read son of the devil. His last name does not reflect his character nor his humanity!!! Worst display of authority and position. His body language was aggressive and smug. Well after this post maybe he will think twice about engaging a woman under extreme stress, frustration, anger, rage, and anxiety!!!

Should be labeled SEXUAL PREDATOR!!! Practice should be closed down!!! Prowling on young girls, hiring them with false promises. Recruiting new patients using the Christian faith as a foundation. After being victimized I did some research. After researching him I found he has had 3 failed marriages, and over 11 lawsuits against his practice. Read review below, if his medical records were audited he would loose his license. Avoid this doctor at all costs!!!

Terrible communication from front desk staff. Zero follow up with patients. Sent me to get an MRI and said they would call me when they got the results. Waited one week, called and was placed on hold for 10 minutes. Then told that I was supposed to call THEM for results and to schedule my own appointment. Put on hold for another 5 minutes for her to see if they had received my scans.

I am really impressed with the doctors and staff of this practice. Their knowlegde of the medical care was crucial in initiating my fathers treatment through their proactive care. Not only did they detect his cancer early (which was miss diagnosised by many other doctors) but through their support and guidance my family was able to see my father recover. Thank you.

What a disappointment. I came here twice and never will come back the front desk staff schedule to many appointments and have you wait for hours ! Then when I decided to see a different doctor I wanted to fax my information over little that I know they misplaced my file I dont recommend this office.

I always have great service from the doctors, ive been coming 11years. I especially love Dr. Beth Wichman. Its always full so they are doing alot right. Now I once had a bad experience with a Nurse Practitioner there but never wuth the doctors. Perhaps these remarks are for her

went there last week saw dr centeno she didnt know what was going on with me all she prescribed me were antibiotics terrible never going bk here!!!wish i didnt have to give a star but its required
