I am very pleased with Dr. Quiroz and her PA, Mary. Ive been going to this clinic for years now and one of the things Im most impressed by is that I rarely have to wait longer than 10 minutes to be seen. Youre appointment time is your true appointment time. Even when Im in the room, after vitals are taken and you see the tech, I still only wait maybe 10 minutes before the doctor or PA comes in. I see Mary, the PA, the most. Shes always thorough in evaluation and listens patiently. The entire staff is very professional, polite, and prompt. You literally are in and out of there! Lastly,as part of their service, they also will send any prescribed meds directly to your pharmacy of choice. I guess Ive gotten spoiled by this because Ive asked other doctors to do that for me and it feels like Im asking them to drive to the pharmacy and drop it off for me. Theyll act like its inconvenient or simply say, no they dont do that.

Have yet to actually see the doctor. Trying to make an appointment has been a chore and the receptionist is quite rude. Made an appointment 3 months ago, only to be left 2 voicemails with different messages, one saying they needed to reschedule my appointment and one saying to keep my original appointment but to come in 20 minutes early to the appointment. Got in touch with the receptionist and was told that due to internal policy change, I had to reschedule and with no further explanation. I suppose inquiries annoy her. Hopefully when I finally am able to see the doctor (rescheduled to happen in another 6 weeks from now) my opinion will change and not be so sour.

If you have a very simple healthcare need, this is a good clinic for you. You will probably not see the doctor, but a Nurse Practitioner who can diagnose and treat simple illnesses. Book early in the morning for short wait times. Expect snarky front office staff who talk down to you in person and especially on the phone. Over the last 2.5 years of being treated there, Ive seen her focus steadily shifting to operating as more as an office manager than as physician.

Dr. Quiroz is a wonderful doctor. She really spend time with me explain everything clear. She always show her care. But the office staff seems not work effectively. And lot time they just schedule you with practitioner which makes me every uncomfortable.

This is an organized clinic with the care you are looking for. They are timely, caring, and thorough. The doctor will take time to answer all of your questions and give you helpful information to take home.

I like the Doctor and the Nurse Practitioner...but I wait OVER 1 HOUR everytime I have an appointment & only to be seen for about 10-15 minutes. Very frustrating. Wish they wouldnt overbook.
