Had a migraine for 15 days straight with dialated pupil. I had never had a migraine nor a dialated pupil like this before. Called for an appointment and they told me it would be two weeks before I could even see the nurse practictioner. I was surprised in the delay, but I was a current patient with no other doctor in town, so I agreed. Two days before appointment the office called to cancel and reschedule my appt for the next week again with the nurse practictioner. I asked them to concur with the Doctor or should I go to the emergency room. The staff spoke with Doctor, and he referred me to the emergency room. Now, shouldnt there have been a more escalated response during the initial call. It ended up I was diagnosed with cluster headaches with optic migraines. Changed doctors to get a neurologic referal

I called Dr Basss office on July 14, 2015 (1 week ago today) requesting my prescription be refilled. Since, I have not received the prescription, I call the provider Silver Script to find non had been provided to Silver Script. I then called Dr Basss office to be told that they had not made the contact, citing that I could do it directly myself. However, they did not advise me of this until I call today (July 21, 2015). I only have medications left for 4 days. This to be very poor customer service by Dr Basss office staff.

Not a doctor I woud recommend. Doc had me take in - office tests I strongly believed were not needed and did not help with my disgnosis. He said he was sending to physical therapy to strengthen my back; but instead he sent me to a Chiropractor (ugh !!) instead. To top the cake off he gave me a blood to see if I was abusing drugs even though all were prescribed by well respected physicians. However a good friend of mine thinks he is the best, and Dr. Bass has been her husbands and her for many years.

This place is a joke. When Dr Bass was there it was ok, but there is someone else there now and the office has gone downhill. As a matter of fact I just called twice trying to make an appointment and TWICE the person answering the phone picked it up and hung up. The billing is also a mess. Stay away from this place at all costs!

I see a lot of poor reviews not sure why. Office staff is friendly and not "stuffy" like most. They keep it simple and fun. I think a lot of people on TX are too uptight which makes it difficult for true unbiased reviews. Clean office and nice staff

Dr. Bass is awesome. Very friendly, as is his nursing staff, I end up chatting with them every time I go in. Definitely made me feel comfortable with his diagnosis.
