I worked here. And it was run by the most incompetent manager of all. Two of the staffs Karmen and Hrush are also incompetent. I dont think they have the credentials to perform their duties. Dont even know basic instrument names and also very sloppy. Bunch of scapegoats and bullies! Never responsible for what theyve done. Daisy lacks experience, as if she manages everything from a simple book of "How do manage..." or perhaps she retrieved all the information from YouTube. You cant teach what you havent been taught! Also very bias. She allows all the people who kiss her behind to be on the phone and not work majority of the time and have those who she dislike worked very hard even out of their job descriptions! I wonder whats taking the upper management or the person above her to realize why all the good previous people have left in such short timing? Doctors are great! Except for the ones I see favoring the girls. But manager and some staffs??? I say they either need to go to school and educate themselves or get demoted! This is what I abhor the most....people who does thing in this type of field basically for the money and for not patients safety. And Daisy does just that. How could people who need caring go to such people who arent well trained?

Went here for a with some stomach problems. Met with Dr. Shekfah. He was on his cell phone the entire time we met, he half listened to my symptoms and when I told him based on my research it seems to be a pretty common bacteria thats causing the problem he agreed and swiftly said we need to check if thats what it is with a test. He made me get a test that costs me $500 out of my pocket and when I asked him the results he said they didnt test for that bacteria. Doctors make their money one outpatient procedures like that so of course he wanted to push me into a procedure, even though both him and I knew what the problem was, and how easily its treated without this senseless test. Even after the procedure, dr. shekfah ran out in a hurry. I didnt see him after the procedure at all, the nurses we are bit embarrassed for him. I tried calling him numerous times with no answer or call back. When I finally got one it was because I sent him a long email basically begging for him to write a prescripción for me. He wrote the wrong one, and didnt call it in for 3 days after our phone call. Keep in mind Im sick with a virus, I still am. I would stay away from Dr. Shekfah and doctors that are too busy for their patients as a whole.

Went in with my girlfriend around 2:30 for a bad case of food poisoning, just got out at 8:50. She needed an IV and the RN proceeded to prick her and dig around in her vein four different times and still managed to mess up the IV. It wasnt until the lab technicians came in and successfully administered it on the first try. The doctor and the nurse aides are the only ones that are attentive to the patient, unfortunately they have to split themselves to attend ten other people at once. I get it, patients coming in with a bad heart condition are a priority over someone with a stomach bug, but you can only use that excuse so many times in the six hour delay. Once she got her prescription it took them an hour to discharge her. We would have just gotten up and left, but she still had the IV needle stuck without any medication connected to it. The last nurse asked us why we were there and we had to remind them multiple times that the needle was still stuck on her arm. Never again.

And the only reason its even getting one star, , and Im being very generous is because it was pretty clean. I went into urgent care at Silverlake medical center feeling very depressed & suicidal.; was on a 2 day drinking binge y& swallows a lot of Benedryl. I was terrified and very panicky. All the staff & I do mean everyone iwas very rude & cruel. I was so out of it & could barely walk. They started at me & made comments to eachother which made me even more paranoid. I did not want them to treat me. It was empty when I got there & they kept telling me to wait. They all took turns coming I to the front to look at me like some sideshow freak. I left without being treated. I will never go back there again nor would I refer anyone there suicidal. .

I went in to the urgent care unit around 3:30 am with severe bacterial symptoms. The nurse on duty was extremely innapropriate while handling my info, saying I shouldnt have sex at all and that if do, the infection slides in and out while my boyfriend slides in and out. He then proceeded to tell me that if my boyfriend wanted to have sex, I should tell him sorry man, use your hands to finish yourself off. Even the physician was vague and didnt even diagnose anything, just rudely took my information and wrote a prescription. I will never be returning to this hospital for ANY reason. I have never seen such awful medical professionalism. Also, they dont tell you they dont take your insurance until after the visit, when it is too late to just walk out.

Girlfriend is pregnant we got blood work done and they told us we will mail it to you the and you will receive it in two days. Its been a month and they havent done anything at all. Girlfriend went in because she was sick and they didnt even know she was pregnant, they were tryiing to give her steroids. Like really called a week later because its been ridiculous and they said we just got everything just now because it takes a few days. I was like a few days because its been a months my girlfriend is 5 month pregnant and you guys havent done anything at all. Through all this they tell us we have to pick up the letter at the hospital. Worst place ever. So apologize or anything just half ass excuses. If you come here change your doctor

Clean, low wait, free parking. Ive been here twice. Both times were good experiences. Both times I had to have an x-ray done. I did have to wait a while for X-ray results, but it was worth the wait since I didnt even have to leave my bed. I also had to get blood drawn, the technician was professional, friendly, and I didnt feel any pain. When I came the 2nd time I fell on my elbow while rollerblading and it was difficult for me to do things due to pain. The nurses were there for me if I needed help. I felt that I was given good advice and the faculty was professional and accommodating. I would certainly come here again. ER or other places would have been a much, much longer wait just to be initially called.

My best friend was admitted for a kidney infection a week ago. During that week she has been through hell and back. Her dietary restrictions were ignored for every meal she was given, the nurses often forgot or neglected her scheduled medication times, they blew out a vein in her arm from over use, some treated her like a drug addict for requesting pain meds and two family rings went "missing" from her bedside table while she was there. Shes on day 8 with no idea when she will be able to leave or a straight answer about the state of her health. Every doctor and nurse tells her something different and nobody can give her any definitive answers. An absolute disgrace of a medical facility. DO NOT GO HERE.
