My Dr retired so I started at CFFM in Cypress. I can only come on Wed and although Ive had a few different Drs now have Dr Cindy Jen. When a new patient I had tests & x-rays & blood work. They have seen to my illnesses and sent me to specialists for problems with colon, heart, arthritis and to specialist for back surgery. The staff are friendly and everyone seems well informed on how to treat patients. I especially like that theres a Lab on site. Yes, on occasions Ive had to wait for my appointment, but never so long that I would not return. Very pleased on all levels.

I CALLED MY DR OFFICE TO SEE IF ANY OF THE 5 DRS THERE COULD SEE ME ON A WALK IN BASIS --IT WAS APX 3 PM AND I WAS IN EXTREME PAIN -MY BACK WENT OUT---ON HOLD 20 MIN PASSED AROUND 2 XS- MALE NURSE RALPH TOLD BE TO "BRING HIM A BIG MAC". NONE OF THE 5 DRS THERE @ CYPRESS WOULD SEE ME ON WALK IN TILL FOLLOWING DAY. I WILL NEVER EVER GO TO CPRESS CENTER FOR HEALTH---THEY ARE INHUMANE AND NON COMPASSIONATE TO THE PATIENTS. I have called this office 2 times regarding a refill on a prescription. I have left a message each time. After a week there is no return call. The communication at this office is nonexistent. If this is the level of medical you would be happy with then go for it. In my opinion this borders on malpractice. There is absolutely no excuse for a healthcare to have such sloppy practices and lack of communication.
