This place in a Embarrassment to US Health Care. A family member was recently admitted for a really bad anxiety attack and I had to deal with the following: He started vomiting blood after the first day and a physician didnt see him until 2 days into his stay. It took 3 days for him to see a actual psychiatrist who woke him at 4 in the morning for a session. In trying to find out details about his diagnosis i was forwarded to a case officer who treated me rudely and didnt get back to me for 4 days after leaving close to a dozen calls. Their own staff came off as lazy and rude who treated me and my family member like rude fast food customers. If you are dying and this place is your option, I think death would be a better experience. DO NOT LET ANYONE YOU LOVE GO HERE.

I called today and spoke with the internal "social worker" Lilian A or something rather similar. Hospital webpage states that you deal with compassionate individuals. BS after dealing with this rude individual... and getting hung up on, its ridiculous. I am trying to get information regarding my brother, you started off rude and ended up hanging up on me!!!! Do you have a degree???? What type of business etiquette is this???? Weve had a bad experience with this hospital years ago... sad that it has gotten worst!!! I would give it a -10 rating sad that its not possible doesnt merit even one star.

oh so my reason for rating this place is because my brother was placed in here not even within 24 hours they had slammed him to the ground I totally understand why people are here but still it is NOT RIGHT TO ABUSE PEOPLE AND TREAT THEM ANY LESS BECAUSE THEY ARE HERE THEY ARE STILL HUMAN !! they still have family that will do things for them and make sure others are aware that this place should scare them to have any family member, spouse, or friend here

mental health workers the staff rn even the psychiatrists are corrupt and neglectful very bad people who work here, they starve the patients and physically and mentally abuse the patients i witnessed it all, the supervisors always covers for them, they condone eachothers illegal behavior, this rn nurse martha black lady older about 50yrs old denied hispanic guy extra food but allowed only her black patients extra food, and she also makes up lies

I got strangled by staff in this place after denying my pills. They should stop operating such a corrupted place and be closed permanently. Otherwise shame on America for allowing such a place of horror.

staff is lazy and dont know how to provide proper care to the patients. also human resources and managers turn your back on you and reduce your hours of work for no reason and then re-hire new employees
