Omg let me just start off by saying this place is a joke.... the nurse practitioner was very nice but the way that place is ran sucks. I had an appointment at 10 the office was closed until 1045 !! Wow Then I sat in the lobby for 30 mins until they got all their stuff situated. I tried making another appointment for a few weeks after and the receptionist tells me Ill book you for 1230 but the doctor shows up when ever. Omg how can I schedule anything around an appointment like that!!! Then she tells me to call at 1230 (the time of my appointment) to check if the doctor is there. Nightmare!!!

I love the service I get every time I go in ! I live in Los Angeles and Ive been going with Dr Ali for 12 years now and I would not change my Dr for anything the staff is really nice too especially Sarah .

There are great lady doctors but clerks need to be trained common customer services. :/
